Angle Grinder
Brand: Makita
Model: GA4033
Sand Belt (Circumference: 533mm, Width: 30mm)
Brand: Utoolmart
Bearing (Outer diameter: 35mm, Inner diameter: 10mm, Width: 11mm)
Brand: NTN
Model: 6300LLB
Speed Controller
Brand: サンウェイ
Model: SC-01
The belt of the belt sander remains in a position with a long circumference.
It is essential to securely attach the base plate to the grinder body. (I shaved off a small protrusion.)
For safety, the RPM has been reduced to about 5000 for the test run.

    Since grinders rotate at high speeds, if you're concerned about the safety aspects such as material scattering, consider using a variable speed grinder or a speed controller (10:32). Details of the tools used are listed in the description. Thank you for watching.

    you're a bad metal worker for recommending the variable speed ones. unless you wanna spend ALOT i have had a few variable speed ones. and they would have all grinded to a complete halt with half of the operations the guy is showing in the video. his grinder actually powers through. that's what you're after.

  • @wingnutbert9685

    @wingnutbert9685

    @@darkracer1252 Variable speed grinders vary in price. And what is considered a lot to one person could be spare change to another. And slowing down the rpm's can be well worth the price depending on what you are grinding, even metal. Your experience is one thing, but it's not a universal fact. Varying rpm's can be done in more than one way and that affects performance. Not to mention how you use the tool. Stuff a work piece into any tool like a gorilla, beyond it's design parameters, and you'll get shit results. Steel can tolerate higher rpm grinder speeds, generally. But wood is different. Tool speed and abrasive have to be considered more with wood as it varies more. Density, grain, composition, combustion point, etc. Can tools be pushed and/or pulled outside of their design and used successfully? Sure. But you have to have the experience. Many hobbyists just don't have that tool time.
