Children love this music because society hasn’t taught them to hide their passion yet. That’s all metal is: raw emotion. There is beauty in the chaos.

This video got me listening to them. Before I only listened to rap and other music types of urban genre but this video exposed me to music I actually enjoyed outside of that. I’ve been listening for a couple of months now: killswitch engage, demon hunter, occasionally some slipknot songs. I never in my lifetime would think I would enjoy this genre of music but there’s something different about this.

Metal concerts are the last thing that just might stay immune to cell phone infestation. One shouldn't be in a metal concert waving mobile phones. That's a sin.

Killswitch is one of the first bands that got me into metal in general, so seeing that little kid enjoy himself was nostalgic as heck. ;D

Just came across this. What I truly appreciate, from a psychoanalytic perspective, the children seen are experiencing the music as is, without the influence of societal bias pressing on them. It demonstrates that metal is a truly beautiful musical expression. It's a predisposition imposed by outside sources that try to convey that metal is wrong, bad, or in some other channels 'intolerable'. The openness of the children lend to a better understanding that thought and expression is pure; society has created the bias, not the music itself.
