Yesterday a reporter said this man rescued on Saturday said that 5 days ago rescuers freed workers around him and told him they will be back for him.But the team who rescued him says they found him by chance when they heard soft,feint groaning sounds and decided to investigate prompting him being rescued. It is very worrisome that the speed of the rescue operation are so slow irrespective of the rescue operation are done with safety and consideration to both rescuers and victims 😢

So easy to judge something you are not actively involved in and just see random bits of information on the news. The rescue workers are dealing with a difficult situation and are doing their best.

Regardless of the accuracy of the report, it is distressing that it's taking so long. In no way does that reflect on the skill and diligence of those recovering people on the scene. There are multiple factors involved above and beyond individuals on the ground. It's just distressing, and that can be acknowledged without it being considered offensive.
