One property I worked on had a number of time capsules. Well newspaper shoved into gaps in the wall. London Illustrated News from the late 1800s. I kept it and put it in a new safe spot ready to be found in a another 100 years.

In a thousand years time, archaeologists and historians will be asking who built this wall, how did they build it.

Every time i decorate a room in our house and end up with a wall open or floorboard lifted, i always put a current newspaper in there before i seal it in. Maybe interesting to someone in the future 🤷‍♂️
