Maine Coon Cats are simply the best cat breed on earth - period. And he may have another 3-4 years of growing to do. The males I knew in Maine were easily in the 20-25 pound range. He looks happy, playful, friendly, healthy, and cute for a big kitty. Good job. Let's hope he sees at least another 16 years.

You're so right, our Coonies are 1.5 jear old and we're still watching crowing up. They make so much fun and give us so much love and happiness 🥰sometimes things crashes but it's ok Big Cats need space and they don't know how big they are 🙉.

Mine does too he’s definitely part Maine as he’s so big and fluffy and orange! He’s a big chubby kitty for his age he’s only 10 weeks!

If I still was in my young cat person days, I'd have gotten one for sure. But, at 76 .... some twenty kitties later.,..a mackerel tabby girl shares my small apt. She is tied for the #1 sweetest cat I've lived with. Merlin (love the name) is gorgeous!

What a gorgeous boy! My Maine Coon, Cheddar, will be 9 years old in June. Such an awesome cat and so glad he's part of our family.

A Maine Coon showed up at my dad's house about a year ago. And when asked if I could take him I did not hesitate. So f****** blessed to have him in my life. Love this breed. Now if I can just get him a Russian blue companion. 😁❤️

I rescued a street kitty 4 years ago. He’s the most special animal I’ve ever known. I’ve always been a “dog person “ but I have had family cats also . I never thought I’d say that I love my Copper Fox (his name) he’s copper colored with patina colored eyes. I thought he was from another dimension. He saved my life during the pandemic. I recently learned about spiritual qualities with blonde tabby cats. He is huge I do believe his is Maine coon all the characteristics point towards this assumption. Thank you for your video .

Hurts my heart that cats like this are predisposed to heart conditions. Mine was estimated at having 4 years to live and is already struggling after only 2 years. Such an adorable species.

Amazing! My very much expected Maine Coon kitten was born just yesterday. I wanted a red one so much, and there are 2 red ones from just 3 of them. I've also decided on the name even before he was born. Guess what? He is going to be Merlin as well.😊🤩💓

Yes my Jimmie looks just like Merlin. He I know has to weigh 25lbs more. I have to use both arms to pick him up. And he is the plumber. His sister she is the electrician. All my cords that are left is completely wrapped up. They are loving, but I only see them when I get up (they get tuna fish) and when I go to bed.

I'm trying to purchase one from a Russian breeder claiming the kitten is 7 weeks but I've always doubted her. The kitten looks anywhere from 10-16 weeks. Extremely fluffy, no baby face, and amber eyes. I need help! :(
