My wife has family buried in the pioneer cemetery there with Meriwether Lewis

That's cool...it has a lot of graves. Have y'all ever visited the cemetery?

@@rockytoptraveler yes, we’ve been there twice. We can’t figure out why they are buried there. They aren’t early settlers or any relationship to Lewis.

@@MrMetalminded that's weird...idk why they would be unless that was the only cemetery at the time but I doubt it. That's interesting though.

@@rockytoptraveler Her Dad was born in Hohenwald, where we have been too. It seems that the pioneer cemetery wasn’t established until the 1856 so local people were buried there. My wife’s family there are Pope, Himes, and McNabb. When I found your video I was hoping you’d show their stones. It was a great video and I hope you keep doing more of these!!
