Funny you said your rim cracked, mine cracked also and here in NJ I found a guy by my house that all he does is weld rims, been doing it for 30 yrs. anyway it was cracked previous from dude I bought the car from. So I got it welded by the guy and he told me Mercedes and BMW are notoriously cracking . It cracked again a week later in different location , he said to much heat could make rim soft and weak. So I went to buy new AMG rim and nowhere but nowhere would sell just 1 rim, everyone wants to sell sets of 4. eBay had all scratched up trash, finally I found a guy to sell just 1

When I got the car it drove horrible on the way home took it to my friend shop to balance them and one of the rims had about eight or so cracks 😫 so I was have to replace all of them they all was welded few times and still had cracks that was about 2400 with continental tires definitely painful experience

Did you fix that low speed noise? My 212 having the same mild roaring and slightly vibration at on 49-50 km/h.

@@HenryLoYu yes I did, but each application is different is good to do some testing before you do the bearing.

Did you get rid of the vibration at high speed after this operation? I have the same problem with my car. Thank you.

Yes I lowered it but I had vibration on stop line and small speed not on high speed, high speeds vibration mostly come from tires, bent rim , driveshaft , shock, and suspension components

I get really annoying hard vibrations at high speed on my E63s 2014. When I reach 150kmh (90mph) I can’t take it because it feels like something’s not right. Speeds below - nothing. Wheels and tires balanced perfect. I just don’t know what the problem is and it’s driving me nuts !! Any thoughts? It’s an AMG I don’t wanna drive Prius speeds any more 😅 Thanks in advance, Tomas

Oh btw, mileage is 100.000km maybe 70.000 in miles and fully serviced at Mercedes.

@@kmaouss2030 it was actually one wheel that had lost wheel weights, it took 3 attempts tho. Very weird but the wheels were brand new so maybe they didn’t stick the first two times.
