Thank man I’ve been looking for a video on how to remove the shifter

so im having trouble with parking button on my w212 amg, as soon as i press P shifter glitches and stays in a gear in which it is atm, so im assuming something is with button, i do hear how it clicks but not engaging. Only engaging when opening door and switch off engine, after restart shifter shifts all gears and instantly glitches when pressing park. What exactly was your solution just clean?!

Hello, yes I just cleaned ( can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and toothbrush and dry and/or electrical contact cleaner ) hope that works for you .
