They will 3 meals a day. Free health care and a workout facility and free transportation any place the State or Federal deems appropriate. Oh I forgot Arts and crafts, basketball, boxing, weightlifting. And most importantly family visitors. Cheers mate 🍺🍺😆

As a matter of fact, this news station reporting is not in Detroit; it's in the suburbs of Detroit. Detroit is the major city, therefore they report news in and around the Detroit metropolitan area.
