Men's Triple Jump Final | World Athletics Championships Doha 2019

Спорт

Of all people, Will Claye knows best that a competition with Christian Taylor isn’t over until it’s over.
For the first half of the men’s triple jump final at the IAAF World Athletics Championships Doha 2019, Claye pretty much had it all his own way. The US jumper’s opening leap of 17.61m gave him the early lead and applied pressure on all the other finalists.
However, Christian Taylor flew out to 17.86m in round four to take the lead, taking off 15 centimetres behind the line. Claye responded with 17.74m, his best jump of the night up to that point, but it wasn’t enough to catch Taylor. Hugues Fabrice Zango, who is coached by 2013 world champion Teddy Tamgho, was delighted to win Burkina Faso’s first-ever medal at a senior global championships in third with 17.66m.

He can do that because of his strength training, flat sprinting speed and crazy sense of balance and rhythm. These have jump through several rounds. TJ is brutal event.

I feel like that female commentator makes an effort to mispronounce every athletes name. Especially, Nápoles. Like how do you go from Nápoles to Nopoles? There's literally an accent telling you to stress the A. And yet, despite that, she whips out an O. Amazing!

Man,triple jump is very special.Maybe if you have speed and vertical jump you can be a better long jumper, but triple jump is more technical and even harder to perform, and that makes more interesting for me.All can do long jump, but not all can do and perform triple jump correctly. This might be one of the most underrated and less popular event in track and field as what IAAF diamond league said, but this is our passion and WE ARE THE SPORT!!!
