It looks like Arkansas governor Huckabee-Sander's compact (under the Arkansas's expanded justice crime bill) is starting to kick in, this would allow out of state LEO continue their pursuit of felony flight into the state until Arkansas takes primary and end the pursuit. Now Tennessee needs to honor theirs like Oklahoma does. Criminals fleeing into Arkansas WILL be run down, put in the ditch, in the river, concrete barriers or be left suspended off a bridge! Tri-state getting tougher on interstate fleeing and crime, this needed to happen years ago!

@@nbk9372 It's usually the other way I think, criminals trying to get away of Arkansas. They are crazy if they try to outrun law enforcement of other states into Arkansas. That's just suicide 😄 The state troopers are the hunters if criminals come in to Arkansas, no matter what the troopers give zero f*** if they wreck their Dodge. They just pick up a new one at the factory 😄 Nah, I would love to see that the troopers get Hellcat's, if watched a lot of chases these last months. If it's night and they have to catch a real fast car with a V8 with a supercharger the troopers have no chance. Even trooper Bird had to give up the other day against a Hellcat or Redeye Challenger. Their just to fast, a simple V6 with a lot of gear and extra weight doesn't make a chance. I live in Belgium and the police here have simple Volvo's, the Dutch police have Audi A6 stationcar, the German police have all kind of brands. I would love to see Arkansas State Police get V8's, they deserve it more then any State.

Wow. I would have loved to see that PIT from the Memphis officer's point of view. Holy cow. I always wonder if ASP gets applications from the officers/deputies/troopers from other jurisdictions after they see ASP in action, lol.

I grew up in West Memphis, went to Wonder remember Judge Pal Rainey officer Phillip Bailey and I can honestly say they are THE scariest Police in the world! The reason I grew up and kept my act together!

ASP did go into Memphis after shooters.the trooper got shot with an AK Round but he got the preps. Memphis SWAT came to the scene

Not true Arkansas has had compact agreements with surrounding state for years, they can and will chase you after you cross a state line.

Forget about getting work done around the house this channel is addictive. I hate police chases in movies but this goes to the next level. The officer’s are alway so professional and cool. Once they chase the subject for miles bang their cars up, pull them out of the windows they will say cool as a cucumber, ‘Are you hurt, you ok, do you need any medical services’.

Totally, those suspects made the wrong decision of crossing into Arkansas while in Pursuit.

Them Arkansas State Police don't mess around. They take care of business.

They just don't learn in Memphis. ASP they don't mess around. Bring it over the river and they will do the job Other LE won't.

That was so freaking cool!

Oh my goodness!!! When they were chasing them, still in West Memphis, we saw two officers at Missouri and the service road make U-turns and go in opposite directions. We figured they were trying to box someone in. Thinking they were headed on west, I made a left turn onto the south service road from Missouri St. and was in the middle of this! They had come back east. The perp drove head on towards me and swerved to the left. Cop was right behind and went to the right. My daughter was in the car with me-scared us both!

I love all of the locals standing there looking over the rail when the asp officer tells them they threw another gun over the side. All of them looking down into the bushes thinking if i stand here long enough one of the others will go down there to look lol.

NST, what's he got, a Sheriff's Department as well as a State radio he's monitoring?

Some county sheriffs issue troopers that are station in the their area county radios so all can communicate. Especially in more rural counties

@@buddycheck84 that is my youngest son. But thinks. I was very proud of him. I wore a uniform but it was public safety. I say the because I think I did every roll in public safety, paramedic, firefighter and Deputy Sheriff, I worked with some fine ASP Troopers.

Correct! Or when trans goes into park. I'd think it would be fairly simple to install a kit at the time cruisers are equipped. I live in Ohio, and saw a video on how they take new cars from New inventory lot, then step by step install and transform to full cruisers. It's quite an impressive procedure, and only takes a few hours to build. They have ready-made wiring harnesses, decals, lights etc ... like a mini assembly shop.

The said he will go the jail and face charges in Arkansas for the charges in Arkansas and they will put a hold on him for the Tennessee charges and the will be extradited back across the river

Mostly because perp got ahead of them and they lost the in the city. Without eyes on them it is not worth the time. Check out when the ASP trooper was shot with an AL and still took out both suspects in Memphis.

The arrogance of the Memphis PD officers is in full effect, they are fist bumping as if they did the job from start to finish. Yet it was an ASP Trooper that put an end to the pursuit quickly and calmly. I believe the arrest belongs to ASP since the apprehension was in the state of AR. I do not know if MPD can PIT/TVI anyone or if the have restrictions on them like most local PD's do.
