Gangnam is actually so beatiful in an acoustic slow version with sone big expanded chords. So are never gonna give you up, believe, take on me, i will survive, and lots of other 80’s disco hits.

Same thing happened with The Voice of Australia when Vendulka Wichta sang Boy George's song. He couldn't recognise it

A funny anecdote. The voice of Australia with The sound of silence. Guy turned around but he had full team that is why other coaches were shocked

@@boinkingyamumsohardithurts12 the strangest thing is that Kelly had spots on her team, but she didn't become simply "because there were 6 men and 5 women on the team, there was one spot left and she wanted a woman to close the team". Had a big problem until they decided the knockout with three just passing one.

I will never understnad how this worked cause it must be staged. All the time you see full team coaches slamming buzzers with full teams but they shut off the buzzer, so this one always confused me

@@tjc.9999 I mean it seems the rules and how things work on The Voice seem to change drastically season too season and country to country so who knows lol. Personally i feel the idea of only having a certain amount of button presses in the first place is stupid. Ig nobody else turns around then you should get to add them, and then whittle it down to however many afterwards, with other judges being allowed to take on singers you drop if they then want them. It;s really fucking dumb that an absolutely world class singer or someone wi8th just an incredibly unique voice could just be sent home because 'oops sorry, everyone already used up all their arbitrary number of turns'.

That "A Thousand Miles" audition was pitchy at times. Also, that coach singing along with the performance. "Dragostea Din Tei", "The Sound of Silence" and "Careless Whisper" for this compilation stood out.

My gosh the singer singing Sound of Silence has an amazing deep voice!!! Gave me absolute goosebumps!!! One of my all time favourite songs as well ❤

The "Take on me" arrangement was really nice and his voice was clean and crisp but if you are going to sing that song then the high note is mandatory. Doesnt matter how well you sing the song, if you dodge the high note the song falls flat

@@Coops321 ok, your choices are Longest time by Billy Joel, Take on Me Ah-ha, and Grace Kelly by Mika. each one has an insane range and if you choose not to do one of these songs you will be sued for breach of your contract where you also signed away your ability to release music while the show is in production. His "choice" was the best he could make while showing off some range, and flexibility as a young singer.

It was just like one of those anime opening themes which is absulotely gorgeous

Always turned the volume up of Dragostae Din Tei when we were touring with the car on vacation and trying to sing along as Dutchies. Throwback to old time the family was still together, now blasting the song when I’m driving on my own to my best friend. She loves the song too but never heard it before I showed it her..

The first girl nailed the song! the arrangement was so fine
