The Young and the Restless' leading ladies, Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman), Eileen Davidson (Ashley Abbott) and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) chat with Michael Fairman on Y&R's 50th anniversary season, and their current storyline together, during a virtual conversation for the Michael Fairman Channel.
During the discussion, Melody, Eileen, and Michelle share their thoughts on: the top-rated daytime drama turning 50, backstage stories of when they first met each other, who they would like to come back as part of the series golden anniversary celebration, and their joy for the upcoming return of Michael Graziadei (Danny Romalotti), and more.
In story, Nikki, Ashley, and Phyllis find themselves banding together to defeat a common enemy ... Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Love Young and Restless always, been a fan for 40 years, love everyone on the show, and everyone does a great job. ❤️👍, I knew the show would last, here's to many more. Bill Bell was a excellent writer and I miss him ,. Team Young and Restless.❤️, I miss the old classic music. Everyone attacking Diane Jenkins is hypocritical. But I love the drama.
personally i love that diane's back and watching the 3 of them team up against her. i'm also enjoying trevor as tucker so far

Trevor is not really bringing it. He plays Tucker like the character is of the spectrum.

I think Trevor St. John is doing a great.job on the show.
I'm loving the humour Eileen is bringing to Ashley lately. Ashley is reacting more calmly to Diane being back. Susan is so great as Diane. I'm so excited to have Michael G back as Daniel too! It would be great if they used some of the classic 90s music in the 50th anniversary. Please bring in Shemar Moore for a while too.

I imagine they look better in person because they are dressing as themselves and wearing less makeup and less structured hair dos. The makeup people often dress Ms. Scott in a very strongly manner. Nikki lives in a ranch and rides but is always in dress/suits and heels.
Three goddesses. Period.
I noticed that they don’t like Diane, especially Phyllis and Nikki - both liked Jack, not that she wants him back .
What fun! Question. Is anyone else getting a notice that Paramount+ is going to drop YnR. They've pushed the date back a couple times, I guess negotiating issues, but I would hate for it to go. That's how I watch these days

Can't stand Nikki and Phyllis anymore. They both need to examine their own past sins, but it would take a while.
Does anyone remember Marianne and Pierre? Or Snapper Foster?
Loved Nikki drunk scenes because they are funny.
Does Melody have amnesia for the iconic boardroom fight scene between Nikki and Diane? Or can we not mention that because it was Alex Donnelley?

Ashley has never spent much time with Dominic!! She totally missed his first birthday!!
I think Phyllis and Nikki have moved on, and don’t want Jack for themselves, but don’t want anyone else to have him. He’s like a toy that they don’t want until another child wants it .
In the early 00's flashback clip, I forget why Diane was using a cane? Anyone? 🤩
