This is the awesome ghazal I heard for the first time when I was in my last days of school . That too, I remember, by purchasing a cd of Mehdi Hassan Saab which started with this very song. Also as I can remember I used my pocket money to buy this cd of Nupur recordings company in India. Now after saying all these what I mean to say is , the song was so beautiful and had a such calm effect that it changed my sensations towards music , such is the splender of subcontinent classical music or semi-classical music. I am so excited to have found it on your channel once more and for bringing my memorable childhood memory back to me. Must admit that it is a great act dedicated to our very own musical form. God of Ghazals

I always become speechless whenever l listen this Ghazal.

Khan sahib ji, Ustad Mehdi Hassan ji Ki awaz mein Bhagwan to gatey hee hain, unko gatey huey dekhna bhee itna huseen lagta hay ke aisa lagta hay ke Jaisey Bhagwan ke darshan ho rahey hain. Khan Sahib ji ne Aisa keaa kia hoga Ke Allah ne unkey gley mein baith kar gana Pasand kiaa. Pyare Khan Sahib Darvesh thhey , Shahnshah thhey, Mahan Ustad thhey, pyar ka ocean thhey. Khan Sahib ji ke charano mein Parnam, Namaskar, Salam.

Qausar bhai ..thanks a lot for this beautiful peice ..mehndi hasan s singing is unmatched even to this date .. waiting for more ..

A voice that transcends on Earth only once in centuries.Born in Rajasthan ,migrated to Pak after independence,ruined him self,a voice like this became a radio singer in Pak,no, no, ... ultimately came to India for treatment of cancer and died at his birth place city of ghazals , Lucknow.....🌺🌺🌅🌅🌅🌄🌄🌄
