Felt gratified to listen to this heart -- warming interview with the great Mehdi Hassan Saab ! As ill luck would have it, l could not see him performing live during his lifetime ! I was feeling like myself talking to this great singer personally during the entire interview ! Glad to know many unknown facts about the life and heritage of the great Khan Saab ! As a matter of fact, my head got bowed down on its own before the simplicity and greatness of this larger than life personality and noble soul ! What a wonderful feeling it has been for an ardent fan and avid listener of the great KhanSaheb for the last 40 years or so since 1978 ! As a result, I got very highly blessed ! "Bahut Hi Chain Mila Dil Ko !" It goes without saying that a singer of the caliber and brilliance of the great Mehdi Hassan Saab is borne only once in a millennium ! "Is Bemisal Fonkar Aur Sakshiyat Ke Khubiyon Ke Bareme Aur Kuch Bolna Sayad Suraj Ko Chirag Dikhane Wali Baat Hogi !" This is a funny interview. The kind of questions she asked were not intelligence from musical point of view. But I got to listen little different aspect of Ustad Medhi Hasan saab. He was trying to make her understand that he cannot say how many improvisation he can do but she was insisting him to say 😂.
