Even though someone within Archwell failed to do their job, when you are the owner at the end of the day it falls on you unless you can prove criminal intent on the part of the person that messed up. I KNOW. We own a small business and the man running it screwed around with sales tax over 20 years ago. My husband as owner was responsible for the unpaid taxes and all fines etc. The man in charge who was responsible was fired and I took over all the book work. No way to prove there was criminal intent……owner gets hung at to dry. I believe Harry Truman said it : “the buck stops here’. When you own it, you are ultimately responsible . End of.

The problem with incorporation in Delaware is that only 5% of donations need to go to charity the rest 95% goes to running the charity which means Hasnoballs and migraine pay themselves and the salary of their one employee and supplies( probably uses it for her clothes, flying in private jets, etc and whatever else) now if the IRS would do a line by line review, I’m sure they would find lots of things that won’t qualify. Migraines can then lie like she did to the court in the UK ( didn’t collaborate for the first book by scoobie do )that she forgot about what was/wasn’t allowable. 🤮😡

Yes. These registration fees and annual report were due in February 2023. And they only had to pay a $200 registration fee for their charity. I think they were deemed delinquent in January 2024. So they have had over a year to get their money and paperwork in. This is not something that is only a couple of weeks late/cheque lost in the mail/dogs ate the paperwork type of situation.

And, based on where they have donated money - it appears to be more of a political action foundation. I assume that they gotten lots of tax benefits based on donating to charities. Bottom line, they'll have a big bill to pay and perhaps even jail. Just ask Doria, who allegedly was put in prison for financial fraud.

Humiliating! The Notice of Delinquency against AW was sent in January. Bills were due and not paid for months?? 🧐California's AG prohibited them from receiving or disbursing donations. But it didn't stop AW from "sponsoring" a part of SXSW in March. Nothing is ever applicable to them; They are above such menial inconveniences, such as the LAW. Their reply? the cheque was "lost in the mail" 😂 Aside from this, the government in CA does filings (and payments) electronically. If they knew before Nigeria, why wait to remit a duplicate payment until they returned home?
