Crazy how Kelsey is pleasing the 5th and taking back all her original statements which were recorded. She originally said her and Meghan and her did fight in the car but that Meghan got out and wanted to leave and get away from them both. Once Megan got out is when Tory shot . They asked her did Tory paid for ur lawyer she said “I can’t remember” 😂 wtf… she said she saw Tory shoot 4-5 times now she saying she ain’t see who shot but that’s someone shot. If he did offer her $1 million…it could be because the gun was his…and if he’s on probation it is illegal to carry a firearm…even if you have a license to carry a firearm, it is illegal to do so while intoxicated…so he was at risk of groin to legal trouble just from owning that gun. The most likely scenario I can theorize (wasn’t there; don’t know) is that Tory had the gun, they are all drunk, Tory and Meg got into an argument, the other girl realized he was sleeping with Meg. Meg and the other girl started arguing. The other girl grabbed the gun, it went off and hit Meg. Tory took the gun, Meg saw him with it. She initially thought he shot her. She later realized it was her friend who shot her…but at this point, she’d rather her “friend”, whose man she’s sleeping with, go free (because “girl power”, “black girl magic”, “the future is female”, and “believe women”) than for her to end up in jail…so she just decided to run with the lie that Tory shot her… That’s how I’d write the script for the Law & Order episode anyway.

Kelsey already made it very clear she did not accept any money from tory and hasn't spoken to him or anyone from his team since 2020. Based on all of the evidence there is no possible way for tory to have done it. The seating arrangement doesn't match up, the shell casings don't match up with being shot 5 times from the backseat of a car, two women were seen fighting, and now, the dna doesn't match up with megs story either. This case is over and tory is innocent
