Cool video. I wish you'd gotten a still shot of the lure. It does look like a GG Threadfin Shad 110Jr. I've been on a 110 buying kick here lately. I've bought 30 in just the last coupla months! I got two really rare colors today: a 'Smallmouth Bass' and a 'Deadly Fish'-really realistic finishes, good for ponds. ($130 for those 2 on Ebay!) I like to throw them on spinning tackle; the Megabass Destroyer Windbuster 7'2" Spinning rod and a Shimano Vanford 2000. I throw 10lb chartreuse Seaguar Smackdown braid to an 8lb Seaguar Tatsu fluorocarbon leader. I get MUCH better action as well as casting distance with this set up. One drawback in a pond will be getting TOO MUCH depth. Still, I never use casting reels in ponds anymore. Spinning is just so much easier and more fun, too! I'm sure you have more colors by now...let's see 'em.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes I believe it was a GG Threadfin shad. It was definitely a 110 Jr. In my opinion you can't go wrong with any shad color! My casting setup is a St Croix Jerkbait rod on 10lb line. If you look you'll see me change the direction I'm twitching my rod sometimes. That's due to the bait hitting the bottom. It was still VERY effective though. Sometimes the fish want what they want and you have to adapt techniques to get what they want to them!

Thirty 110s jeeesh I thought I had a problem lolll my all time favorite vision in the HT wakasagi. But been digging throwing the mat shad jr on 10 pound braid to leader on the spinning setup
