I think it's the bright light making him sneeze rather than dust. Coming from a pale skinned Brit who always sneezes in bright sunlight (photic sneezing), I never understand why LA exteriors always seem to be white stone. Maybe it's to keep the sunglasses industry going?

Michael is my dads worst nightmare. Leaving lights on everywhere he goes. Adam leaving cabinets open

20:58 - Going from the bedroom to the walk in closet (WIC) to the bathroom makes all the sense in the world. A really large plus is that during the night when the house is quiet your wife/girlfriend/husband or whatever isn't disturbed by the noises coming from the bathroom. I'm currently building a house and it will have this exact layout.

This house design with the backyard is beautiful. Definitely on of my favourite

You missed everything on the other side of the roof, and the deck and views to the left of the formal dining room. Good old Poms in a Cali Summer, lol. Also, I'd put huge neighbours-be-gone trees across the top of the garden area, as the house above can see everything right now.

Not always, actually, more often than not Michael listens to what Adam has to say, but you're right, he does interrupt sometimes. This is a characteristic of many of the "elite", they tend to subconsciously prioritize their voice over 'lesser' people by either talking louder or interrupting. MOST of the time, they don't know they are doing it, some will catch themselves if you pay attention to their expressions, which in my opinion is even worse. The thing about Michael is he actively tries to put Adam on the same level as him, so it doesn't always happen. Michael in general is pretty conscious of himself compared to other "elites". When Michael does interrupt him, he is doing it completely subconsciously, he doesn't realize he's doing it at all. By elite I mean wealthy, accomplished, some would call successful.

This house is so awesome! It's got everything one could want right, but still is cozy and not so much empty space like many of the giant mansions have. Love it,

Why am I scared of those insects? What's the best way to get moisture levels down? Will running a window A.C. work good at dropping moisture levels (for normal people home, not mansions)? I've had a few in my home in the past year but chemical insect killer(Ortho)keeps them away but that can't be good for me to breathe in.
