Yeah it definitely looks like it was built back in like the 60s/70s or something. With a bit of refreshing and updating it would pretty much be my dream home because it is spectacular.

this definaetly looks old and not a very good floor plan, looks like it was designed by the owner rather than professional architechs. Explains the low price, not easy to market something like this that was built to the unique taste of the owner rather than any cohesive floor plan, nothing matches and the cabinets are dated. It appears different parts of the house were designed and built at different times, it's so random lol. It's just a bunch of rooms, no formal dining room, great room and I'll have to see if there's a master bedroom, just a bunch of random spaces in the main living area, more like a hotel lobby than a home.

ProducerMichael and Adam have both changed my life. Next year I am starting at flight school to become a commercial pilot. Even though, times are tough in aviation, I am IN it to WIN it! Hope you all reach your dreams.

Adam is 100% right, this is by far the best house we have seen to-date. Even though I am watching this on KZread I still get a sense of just how enormous the house really is. Visually (watching a youtube video) no other house has ever given me that feeling. Great video.

It really does.

In it’s day it would have been quite a statement in modernist architecture. But now it just looks like a cross between a 1980’s golf resort clubhouse and something Tony Montana would live in.

Lot of Megayacht Owners are intensely private people and usually based out of the US in places such as Dubai, Monaco San Diego might have a few but theyd be very fast tours, but I do like the thought.

Most US yacht owners sail on the Atlantic because Pacific waters can get seriously rough! I saw MAGNIFICENT yachts in Nassau, Bahamas! The weather overall is also typically better and for longer periods. They also register their ships there for more convenient taxation!

Hmm, the building itself and it's layout is amazing, just the furniture and decor like the woods kind of remind me of a retirement hotel in Eastbourne!. I'd want to update the interior like the kitchen, bar and more modern furniture.

whole place really needs to be gutted and totally reimagined but if you just made small changes,get rid of the carpet, weird indoor garden thing and other outdated features,updated colors and decor it would look 100x better.

The location of that place coupled with the privacy you can’t beat. Whatever work you do to the place is a home run !!

I've just filmed a tour of my own house, it lasts for 30 seconds and covers both rooms :-) Seriously though, love these videos, fantastic rapport between Michael and Adam! Love from Scotland!!

I used to own an apartment in Malibu it has got to be one of the most beautiful places to live

Whilst we have explored a magnificent house the videography was spectacular from AdamSwords,the surrounding gardens and that view just added so much to the home.Malibu is beyond beautiful and Jonetta Thomas has access to the creme de la creme of the most chic homes. Great job ProducerMichael and AdamSwords and thanks for allowing us plebs to gallop along.

of all the houses you've toured, this has been my favorite. the under the dining workout room would need to be dug out and turned into the theater with a see thru fish tank where that open portal/window to the walkway is

I loved the editing of this one Adam!

This house has a wonderful character and a nice 70‘s vibe to it. Some if the furniture doesn’t really fit in, like in the bar area. But for example the living room with its furniture, the wooden doors and the high ceiling, the bathrooms and a lot other things are just beautiful. I don’t have to mention the building itself. You could modernise some (technical) little features, bit without ruining the character and the 70‘s vibe.

This is my new favorite 'house' that you've filmed to this date!

I am a huge fan here of both you gentlemans work, and have seen 97% of your gorgeous estates. In my opinion, this address takes the lead on my list by a country mile ! on my eyes this home is above and beyond the definition of a "home" simply because it feels to simplistic to describe it that way, as the atmosphere just elevates ones vibes and state of consciousness to another realm, I can see and feel the owners objective or desired result if you will in just the staggering amount of thought and passion the owner must have invested on the designing of this property, having non or few TV's around indicates to me that the people that would be living here wanted to adapt that need for entertainment into the home itself in a much more natural and higher degree.

I used to watch the Thunderbirds!! 🙈🙈🙈 it’s called “Tablas”. The large bubble brick shower.. visibility from the other side? Beautiful house! Since there is just little old me, it’s just a tad too big!! Hahahahaha. Thanks for showing it to us in such an entertaining way.

I’ve always wanted to see one of the mansions in Malibu. My mom lived in a nice mobile home park in the Pt. Dume area so I got to see a lot of Malibu and the beach areas.

Music is way to loud, I agree. Maybe same as TV commercials. TV show can have soft sounds or loud like gun fire. TV commercials are technically the same volume as TV show, but commercials use gunshot type of volume.

One of my favorite houses ever! I'm more of a mountain girl personally, but as far as a home near the ocean this is definitely one of the best I've seen for my taste. My only complaints are the kitchen cabinet color (I've always hated that reddish brown wood color), and I'd prefer wood, tile, or ceramic floor over the carpets in some of the rooms. But it doesn't matter what I think or prefer because I can't afford it 🤣 A few aspects make it feel a bit dated but the architecture of this home is so unique, fun, and really cool! I love the indoor garden spaces. The yard is huge and gorgeous. The views are beautiful. Whoever buys this home is so lucky! I'd be happy just to have the guest house 😂 the sky light in the bedroom was so cool.

It certainly is compared to other houses we've seen on the channel. However, you'd be spending a good chunk of money aswell on renovating/interior design... the whole decor is a little dated. That view though, priceless!
