Me too. 18 mil humh. Not bad.. But this Is My Favorite. So Modern and open space.

My husband felt in love with this house just the video started, he didn't need to end the video to tell me "This is my house, that's my style". Love the way you tour, Enes... This is the second time I've watch this one!

In watching the video, I used that piano as reference to get a perspective on how big that area of the house is. Even though the piano is in an area off to the side of the main part of the living area, it has a lot of room around it and its not cramped at all in that space. So, that gives the true perspective on just how big the whole living area realy is. In an average home that has a piano of that size, there usually isn’t much room around the piano, but that is not the case in this home.

Dude this house got everything you could ever ask, just imagine waking up in the morning, having breakfast while looking at the view, what a dream life. One more thing, this house looks really great at night when all the lights are turned on.

Looks great, not sure how practical it is. I can see one big earth quake shattering all that glass or a hurricane breaking every window. How many years will the windows last before the seals break and you have to replace them cause its letting all the cold/hot air inside? Your glass will have water spots on it after every rain fall. I know i'm being picky and talking outta my ass but these are the things I worry about. lol

@@keysafikri It's a beautiful house. but for $19million to have a house made out of basically glass, I will worry too much. If you can afford the house you can afford to replace it and have it cleaned all the time, but still it will be annoying if something were to happen.

You make a good point. He really does have a way of making it feel affordable. I do live that he doesn't make a huge deal about the features, rather, he simply presents them and let's them speak for themselves. I love his style!

After watching so many house tours, I finally found the house that reflects my dream house! This is literally the house I've always been imagining. The view, the floor plan, the amenities, all those bedrooms! Someday, self!❤️

For me this is the best house Enes ever toured-flawless design, several levels giving you everything you need-amazing pool, enough back yard, lovely water feature and incredible views. My apsolute favorite.

This is one of my favorite houses. This one and the ICONIC Home in HOLLYWOOD HILLS. The Triple barn home with the vaulted ceilings and huge rooms. Both have AWESOME views and they both just WOW me. And I just noticed it was uploaded on my Birthday!!!!!!!! Happy Birthday To MEEEEE!!!! Thanks guys.

This is my favoitec too. I saw thiscwhen the video was originally oistrd and almost at year later it iscstil my favorite. It is a sign of great architecture and design when a home that sold for $16M can compete with homes that are priced over twice as much.

I have watched so many of these mansion videos through the years and they were all nice but was always missing something but this is absolutely perfect. I would take it, I love everything about this house.

But dude can we talk about master bathroom it's so open from the bedroom okay imagine living with ur wife and 3 kids here if ur wife bathing in the tub and the kids run into the room imagine about the situation .I really liked everything about the house but this aspect is haunting me

To this day after watching all of Enes’s videos, I am still in love with this beautiful modern house.

Despite almost $19 million dollar price tag on this home I see incredible value in this property

Being terribly honest, I don't. The lot is tiny, the layout is lot of hassle - just imagine going about your ordinary day in there. Basically impossible to live in with little kids because of the layout and the pool. Great presentation though!

Thank you for showing this beautiful house with its one-of-a-kind view. Lived in Los Angeles for many years, but never even knew this lake existed!

This Home is Insanely Fabulous! It's in Amazing Details. The tiles, The designs in the marbles. The windows are Fabulous!

That intro just grabs you and makes you want to watch more, the attention to detail, seamless transitions, and delivery are unlike any other channel. It’s very clear you guys do your homework, know the property well and put in the time to make the BEST world class tour videos

This house has moved into my top 3 of houses you’ve toured! I’m usually not a fan of the modern homes but this was super nice.

This is the master bedroom of my dreams. I absolutely love it. It's everything I want. Everything from the closets to the bathroom are positioned in the exact way just as I desire. It's PERFECT💖

I saw 1 of the videos by chance and since then, every morning while eating breakfast, i watch these videos of this channel with my mother and brother. We all became a fan of Enes and the crew. Evrything is just perfect, the videography skills, the locations, the music in the videos, WOW!!!!! Also, without forgetting Enes, his superb accent, the way he tours the house, just perfect. And coming to this video, i have to say this one is my favorite mansion, watching this for the 4th time 😁

Los Angeles does not have hurricane at all, every houses build in LA are Earthquake Proof that it just depends on what level of the quake it can stand.

Enes - This video popped up in my Recommended list so I gave it another view. When I saw this home when you originally posted this video, this property instantly became my favorite among all the homes you have presented. Almost a year later and many videos of amazing homes and this home still remains my favorite. This home can compete with amazing homes like the $45M Brentwood Oasis (which is my 2nd favorite), but it is less than half the price. When a home that sold for $16M can compete architecturally with a home that sold for $44M, that is a sign of excellent design and development. This home is an example of how architects and developers can produce art.

This is actually the nicest house I've ever seen. And that view is unbelievable.

"It doesn't get much better than this" is actually true for this house and for the presentation!! I liked the attention to detail while still keeping a fast pace. The camerawork, especially the night shots were incredible.
