    Thanks for this video with such great meeting prep tips. I personally really appreciated when a meeting initiator/facilitator takes the time to prep for the meeting, send an agenda, invite the right people and actually get things accomplished in the meeting. It makes the meeting so worthwhile and not just a waste of everyone's time.

    Yay! Great tips! Hopefully many meeting owners will view this video and take to heart all of these tips since it would make for much better and more effective meetings. As you mentioned also, get rid of those update meetings since they are such a waste of everyone's time when this can be done in many other ways.

    Hi Adriana, why update session is not recommend?

  • @AdrianaGirdler

    @AdrianaGirdler

    3 жыл бұрын

    Good question. Everyone’s time is precious and an update session can easily be replaced by a quick email. Not everyone will have an update to talk about in a meeting so to pull the whole team together for that is not overly productive. Hope this helps, cheers!
