take 0.8g per pound of body weight. maximises muscle gain without too much required. (1 kg is 2.2 pounds)

OJ. is pure sugar. Fruit with fiber is best. Have an orange instead.

A lot of people think that eating a lot of candy can cause heath issues. My kid eats candy almost exclusively and is a heck of an athlete. They always say, “let your kid eat whatever they want.” I live by this. And I have to be honest, it’s so much less stressful.

Don't think that those 5 km walk would help him to live with the glucose but if he completes a total of 18000 steps in a day then only give him these candy or he will regret later. Just an advice it depends on you to follow it or not

@@proudhuman166 I’m horrible at follow through so it’s just easier to let the kids do what they want. Plus it’s so stressful having to be there and do everything for everybody all the time. I like chilling out and watching my phone just like he does.

The problem with that is the habits remain when they are not teenage athletes anymore....

Gatorade?? Sugar and food dye-no thank you! There are other ways to replenish electrolytes! I hate that that brand rules all the sports. It’s so bad for an athlete!!!!! A pinch of good quality sea salt in your water is all your need. Sea salt, like Himalayan, contains about 84 different minerals👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
