I clicked on this video thinking, "What is somebody about to say about the homie MeetKevin?!" And then I was like, "Where do I know this dude (Chandler) from?" (It was MeetKevin's bug video) And THEN I was like...This is beautiful. I'm so happy I made the decision to invest in Kevin's RE Course and support him, he's one of the few people that will actually message you back and not just with a couple words, but with a video. When I blow up, I will treat subscribers with the same respect, always remaining humble.

Graham used to have good videos about real estate but now his content is more on financial advise (quite boring). Keep up the good work. Look forward to more real estate content from you, especially the details on the deal (4-plex, 24-plex and 36 plex). Those are amazing videos and the details are quite good. It will be great to do a video on the numbers on the 24 and 36 plex (covering the calculations for expenses, maintenance %, CAPEX, Vacancy Rate, etc). Thanks Chandler!!

That was fun to watch. You guys should turn it up a notch lol I slipped in at Meet Kevin while surfing for "economy stimulus" info. I have an interest in selling real estate since 100 years ago I sold my home in one day. I put an ad in a Sunday LA Times. This after a 6 month contract with a well known Realtor. We made $10,000 in two years. I was bitten! A bunch of years later, I bought a house with a couple young realtors help. Fun stuff! 2 years later, here I am. Have been viewing a variety of Meet Kevin vids for maybe a month. Love how he "breaks it down" he's engaging, smart, funny and REAL. Reminds me of my 2 sons in approx age group. I like that he's up on politics "Im I dont take sides Meet Kevin" lol A few days ago he mentioned some of his education is Poly Sci. Im a poly sci freak! Dying to take a Meet Kevin course. Of 4 things Ive thought about doing for myself with my advance tax credit/stimulus/econ infusion, this is the only "potentially can pay for itself" That last sentence? Im thinking different! Its all +++ Thank both of you guys for sharing your skills and energy. You rock!

This video was awesome and perfectly put together! I agree with Kevin's work ethic, Stevie Wonder can see the man goes hard! What's crazy is there will always be people envious of him, you, and other "successful" youtubers but they won't put 1/4 of the work in! Fellow KZreadrs know the work that goes into even a 5 minute quality video. I respect you for not only publicly praising someone you admire but taking action and building a real relationship with a person that you looked up to! I LOVE this video. I gained 40,000 subscribers on my channel in the last month, and was posting about 1 video per day. Whenever I think I'm working hard, I think about Kevin putting out 3-4 videos per day, and instantly I am not so proud of myself. But in a really good way! I realize that 1 video per day is not that special at all, and I have the capacity to work so much harder. Kevin works at the pinnacle of what is likely possible, so we should all respect that and learn from him. Really enjoyed your video Chandler, and I really enjoy the rest of your content as well. Hope to collab at some point!

Liked the video a lot. I actually found Kevin from you and found you from Graham Stephen. (recommend since I was already watching Graham videos) You're are similar to Graham when it comes to educational/ informative videos (Graham is a little less excited vs seeing very excited about talking about your opportunities when it comes to purchasing properties and it really shows. I've had a single family homes portfolio for a while but you have peaked my interest into looking at multi family units. Kevin on the other hand is very dramatic and enthusiastic which suits him very well and has found a niche market from me for entertaining flip/landlord videos! I would like to see a reflection video from one of MeetKevin remodels which MeetKevin has done a couple critique videos on contracts remodeling rental houses and spending way too much. I think that would be great content for you and would like to see what you would do vs Kevin. I know you have done a talk to previous tenant video but have you ever done a worst tenant story/ situation video? PS thanks for the Rent Calc App!

Yes Kevin channel has exploded but imo it was because of his transparency and his willingness to fill in the gap between what was happening with COVID 19 and the government to the public. A lot of things were happening and Kevin dug deeper than most and bridged and bridges that gap. Great job and I enjoy listening to him. Thank u

Super awesome Vid! huge respect to you both, i work in the financial industry and try to stay as informed as possible for conversations with clients and @MEETKEVIN does dissect these huge bills being presented and gives us the white meat!
