While I'm a huge fan of stock picking, I have made a few rather modest investments in individual companies There are so many stocks going to rocket in the long run... right now it's safer to invest in an ETF that tracks the S&P500 and ride it out. I put $270k into some growth stocks with a Financial advisor in control of my portfolio... some of my picks are, NVR, LISP.SW , SEB ,DOWJ, BRK-A, AAPL, NYSE, NASDAQ, TSLA, I've gotten 69% on returns so far this year , I'll keep holding to see where it goes..

As far as the videos on the 3 wedge properties purchased in 2019, I would prefer watching a longer / more in depth video of each property individually rather than cramming all three in a single video. That's just me though, I don't have 9 jobs. You do you.

Really motivating good stuff, I’m currently looking for my first deal, all though I’ve already started with rv spot rentals a round Houston on a property I own. Not an expert but really inspired to create more cash flow by using my current resources available to me right now.

I see a shift from people being all secretive about their revenue to becoming totally transparent (not just real estate but regular youtubers as well) I think the viewers appreciate the honesty as well as give them a bit more of an idea of what is possible. Thanks for the video!
