Love this channel. Started meditating as I get back into competitive golf and what do ya know, I won a tournament. Great stuff. I wish I knew back in HS what I know now.

I just found this channel, and absolutely love it. I was scrolling through the videos and saw that there isn’t a stretching or yoga practice for volleyball, and was wondering if you could make one? I know that I would find the video extremely helpful, and would use it all the time!!

As I opened my eyes near the end, I noticed the neuropathy and pain in my body more. It was slightly less alarming, and more of a notification that the pain is there and so it is time to take some pain meds. Now, let's see if I can do a competitive gaming session without getting too upset lol.
