    I think I had this problem a long time ago, as I don’t have CTS, but the symptoms are similar, I went to many doctors, but the benefits were zero. But when I tried these exercises in this video and even by myself, I felt better. At least it reduced the pain. I'm going to continue doing it. Also, through the whole internet, this is the only video that helped me out, as CTS videos made it worse. Thank you, you’re a legend.

I am 6 months pregnant and have had my middle finger and ring finger numb for a month now. I think I have this but my symptoms are a bit different. So sometimes if make a sudden movement like trying to scrub my back with my right arm…when I go to extend my arm back out it almost locks on me in the inner area of my elbow and it gets really tight. I hear a lot of popping coming from the area. But it feels nerve related not muscle. When this happens my bicep tightens as if I’m flexing it but I’m not. And so I’m unable to fully extend my arm out because of the pain. Anyone else have this issue?

    I've had almost the exact same problem for over a year now. The pain has been mostly in my inner upper arm and armpit, but it can also radiate to my breast and wrist as well as the bottom of my palm. I just had a nerve conduction test done and they found that my median nerve is being impinged at the Struthers ligament (it's shown in this video at 1:22). Maybe have a nerve conduction test done to see if one of your nerves is getting pinched. Don't delay as nerve damage can be irreversible. I had to learn this the hard way. But if you catch it early you'll be fine as long as you do what the doctors tell you. Just trying to save someone else the trouble I had to go through.

    Hello, I understand the pain and confusion you're currently going through. However, it's important for me to clarify that I am unable to provide personal advice on your specific medical condition without the ability to perform a physical examination. Given the complexity of your case, as you've described it, the most beneficial guidance will come from a local healthcare practitioner who can personally assess you and understand the full details of your medical history. If you're unable to remember what your pain doctor told you, I would suggest contacting them or their office for a reminder or perhaps a written summary of your treatment plan. For a more general understanding on nerve-related issues, I invite you to read my blog posts on "Resolving Carpal Tunnel Syndrome". They might offer you some useful insights: RESOLVING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME - PART 1: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-1 RESOLVING CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME - PART 2: www.motionspecificrelease.com/post/resolving-carpal-tunnel-syndrome-part-2 I hope this helps you. Remember, the best course of action now is to get in touch with your local healthcare provider or the pain clinic you recently visited. Best regards, and take care.

    My husband was diagnosed with carpal tunnel years ago but he has gotten significantly worse the past frlew years. Today after work yesterday, he can barely move his fingers on his right hand, he can't turn his head and he says his far fingers are numb and there is tingly and pain all the way to his neck. I don't feel like this is carpal tunnel. I tried to do this to him and he said it helped a bit but I don't think I'm doing it properly. The VA won't do anything but give him meds or push surgery. I need to find him a Dr or therapist that can help him, I can't stand seeing home like this and not being able to help. What kind of practicioner should I look for? Thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation. Both chiropractors and physiotherapists are equipped to assess and treat nerve-related issues, including possible nerve entrapment that could be contributing to your numbness and tingling. Given your recent childbirth, it's important to mention this to the practitioner, as changes during and after pregnancy can influence musculoskeletal health. Seeking a consultation could provide clarity on the correlation and guide you toward the appropriate care.

    @Brian Abelson Can loose scapholunate ligament (Watson Test 3 on 4) provoke similar Medial Epicondylitis symptoms? 7 months ago I developed the latters and elbow ecography shown many liquid within tendon insertion, even without any tear/damage nor calcifications neither. So, according to my gymnastics activity (I was used to perform many weighted chin ups and dips) I was diagnosed with it. After 7 months, symptoms are still present even the new elbow ecography doesn't show any liquid anymore but a bit of according to my previous wrist injuries I am supposing a nerve entrapment, do you concur? If yes, should I get a wrist surgery to solve the elbow situation too? Wrist is not stable according to scapholunate ligament situation, but I can train regardless of it. Thank you.

  • @kinetichealthonline

    @kinetichealthonline

    Given the limitations of this setting, it is not feasible for me to offer personalized advice or recommendations without a direct physical examination. For the most accurate guidance, I strongly advise you to consult a local healthcare provider who can perform a thorough assessment. In response to your question about a loose scapholunate ligament (indicated by a Watson Test score of 3 out of 4) possibly causing similar symptoms to Medial Epicondylitis, I can say that it's conceivable. However, it's also quite a complex issue. The presence of fluid in your tendon insertion, despite the absence of visible tears or calcifications, could be due to various factors, including your gymnastics activities. However, it's important to understand that these symptoms and your previous wrist injuries may or may not be linked, and they might not necessarily indicate nerve entrapment. With regards to your query about potential wrist surgery, the need for such intervention would depend on various factors, including the stability of your wrist and the degree of discomfort you experience during training. It's a decision that should be made in consultation with a healthcare professional who is familiar with your case. I trust this information is helpful. @@kinetichealthonline Thank you very much. Unfortunately, I am located in Italy, otherwise I would nevertheless come to you. I am thinking about trying Prolotherapy to fix, or to better at least, loose ligaments, because i developed many ones after some traumas. Further, I experienced hypogonadism in the past, according to my too low body fat than hypothalamic set point value, that changed my ligaments resistance. Now, just a medium hurt can provoke loose ligaments like hEDS, even i started these problems just when I was 35 y.o. I hope Prolotherapy might be the solution because I don't want to get many surgeries. Have you had any Prolotherapy experience for your patients? Thank you again.

    I appreciate your inquiry about prolotherapy. Please bear in mind that while I can offer general information, I can't provide personalized advice without an actual physical examination. In my experience, the outcomes of prolotherapy have varied greatly, depending on individual patient factors and the specific case at hand. This treatment, which involves injecting an irritant solution into affected ligaments or tendons to stimulate the body's healing response, has shown positive results for some, but it's crucial to remember that everyone's situation and response to treatment are unique. Regarding your past experience with hypogonadism and the effect on your ligaments, this is indeed a complex matter. Hormonal fluctuations can potentially impact the strength and flexibility of your connective tissues. Ultimately, I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional in your local area. They will be able to evaluate your overall health status, consider the specific details of your condition, and provide appropriate advice tailored to your situation. Thank you for your question. Take care, Dr. Brian Abelson.

    Hello @andyvaldez212, thank you for your interest in the video. While this demonstration is intended for MSR practitioners and I can't offer specific medical advice without a physical evaluation, your description suggests that a consultation with a healthcare provider is important. Persistent pain, especially during specific movements like pronation, warrants a thorough examination for proper diagnosis and treatment.

    What if your whole body is effected by the nerve entrapment. How do you locate the source of where its coming from. Ive had 2 MRIS and they havent found anything wrong and im only 21. I was weight training one day and my biceps just started burning and they they would fatigue straight away and then it spread all over

    Direct nerve entrapment is rare compared to other causes but is still common. I can not make comments on individual cases without doing an examination. If you are having whole body pain, I would recommend a second opinion. It is not uncommon for soft tissue problems to NOT be found on MRI examination, but still be present. All the best

    Thank you for your question, @miker1064. To receive professional treatment for nerve compression, it's essential to consult with a musculoskeletal (MSK) practitioner who is skilled in this area. Qualified professionals include physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths. These practitioners have the necessary training to diagnose and treat conditions related to nerve compression. You can locate such practitioners by checking with local clinics, seeking referrals from your primary healthcare provider, or searching for registered professionals via official association websites. Ensure that any practitioner you choose is licensed and has experience with nerve compression therapies for the best care.

    I hurt so bad where he is massaging her. I went to 12 weeks physical therapy and they told me I was healed from rotator cuff tear. What a joke. I literally ache in my bicep and tricep area that runs down into my forearm and sometimes hand. I could cry. I was told that my bicep and tricep have nothing to do with my forearm. They won't do an mri or anything else. The therapist said I didn't need it. Smh.

    I wish I had 3 arms as two heads with 2 heads to watch this video. I fell with snow shovel onto empty tops of propane tanks in the snow. I went down with elbow on top and I hit the grill on left and right hit my bench below the upper chest. Now, I can't open the hand or make a fist. With 16 lumbar procedures, I am rebuilding a 67 GM C10 truck for myself as retired. I can't tell you the pain I am in much less the discomfort my left arm is in left forearm is in. Help! Thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation. It sounds like you've had a tough time, and I wish I could provide more personalized help. Unfortunately, as I'm not able to give specific medical advice without a physical exam, I strongly recommend you see a healthcare provider in your area. For the issues you're describing, it would be beneficial to seek out a physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, or registered massage therapist who has expertise in nerve entrapment syndromes. They can perform a thorough assessment and provide you with a targeted treatment plan. Your general practitioner (GP) should be able to provide a referral to a specialist in Omaha. Wishing you a speedy recovery and all the best with your truck restoration project.

    Oh lord, please let this be my case and it can be resolved without surgery. In the middle of my inner right bicep I feel like a buzz or mild electric shock on my nerve or ligament. My arm’s upper forearm and around my elbows feel tight and sore as if I just worked out doing dumbbell curls. The discomfort sometimes radiate down my forearm down to my wrist. I’ve been having this pain for close to a year now. Did a x ray and a MRI or cat scan I believe and they found nothing supposedly. I need some help doc. It’s destroying my quality of life. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 🙏🏼

I even went to the hospital and was ignored, they just spoke about my anxiety. Trying to cope with the ignorance of these doctors is enough in itself, Australia's medical industry has gotten so bad since the pandemic.
