You guys always do great content, but what i love most is that you have so much respect for everything you do, everything you eat and everyone you meet, without being outloud about it. It shows and it separates great shows from average ones.

Kimi reminds me of that old E.F. Hutton commercial: "When Kimi speaks, people listen." Very cool to watch seasoned hunters Steve and Clay, who understand that when a very savvy local hunter like Kimi speaks, you bettah pay attention.

Sheesh! Really well done video. Enjoyed the honest talk from a group of hunters discussing the hunt experience over the meal at the end. Concerning the food prep, I loved Kimis line "Its a labor of love, think of it as therapeutic"

The hunting and fishing content is always top notch, but by goodness the food almost steals the show. I would eat saltines every meal for 3 weeks straight if it meant I could enjoy one day of eating what the MeatEater team whipped up.

Smoked taco, or octopus is amazing if anyone gets the chance to try it. Its like the beef jerky of the sea. Smoky, salty, chewy, but has way more moisture than beef jerky. Hawaii's food is so good.

Mate, I like watching your vids all the time every time it pops up on KZread. Am from PNG, am a hunter too where we do and whatever in our bushes here. Anyways, I just admire the rifle with the scope. Wish I had 1 of that so it'll make it easy as we do have deer, wild hogs and wallabies. We hunt them for food as a Meat Eater.

This show is definitely more than a hunting show. It teaches hunter's and non hunter's why we choose to live off of wildlife,and how much we respect and love wildlife and nature. How hunting and fishing helps balance things and the money WE spend go's to preserving nature and wildlife. This show is my therapy and teaches me things I didn't know. Thank you MEATEATER family. I can't get enough and watch over and over again.

2 things: 1. I always wondered why they have FADs in Hawaii or sometimes in the gulf but I've never come across any in the Mid-Atlantic waters 2. A while back you mentioned possibly trying to get Brian Harman on your show (the hunting golfer who won the British this year). I heard he's really into spearfishing. Possibly a chance to do something that most of your other guests don't participate in.

Season 10 was the last season they produced, back in 2022. Unless he does a new show or they bring Meateater back, he probably won't do anything with Harman.

Cal said “I’ve got a dog at home” 😂 in other words, if I want to pet something I’ll go home. Sidenote: you can get a metal diver flag and not have to worry about the wind but I feel like people are more likely to pay attention to a flag material waving in the wind. I can’t say one is better than the other but it is an option
