Steve says, "I'm not usually one to get jealous of others' success." Everyone who has listened to the trivia show responds, "That is absolutely not true."

I'm a 39 year old white male living in South Carolina. When I grow up, I want to be Kimi Werner. Damn I love her and her infectious happiness.

You, sir, are living at exactly the right time in history. May you achieve your goals.
Such an amazing day!!!
I have enjoyed every MeatEater production I've ever seen and heard, but being a Florida boy and a life long saltwater fisherman, I have to say this was the best episode you've ever done Steve! Perfect length for my lunch break too! More please!

Haha. Yeah, they need to bring it to the Bahamas. Under its own power of course. Nothing wrong with a 30 hour tiller motor trip to the Bahamas from Florida. Perfectly safe I promise.
As much as I love land hunting, the yearly spear fishing video is becoming my favorite!
“You ever go to a place called ‘Long John Silver’s?’” 😂😂
That kitchen is way over the top fancy. Lavish lifestyles of the hunting elite ;)
Man you was right in my home town, hope you had a wonderful and blessed time Brother. Awesome video! And too all the viewers out there, always remember your limits. 20 fish (hogfish, grouper, snapper) or 60 pounds worth, whichever is the lesser. So always remember to bring your lip gripper scales so you can keep track. Us Bahamians and I’m sure most foreigners want this fishery to stay the same for generations to come and the only way to do that is by following the rules.
3 of my favorite things…. Bahamas, meat eater and Kimmy Werner. Great work team keep up the stellar work 👊
That honestly could have been a 45-60 min episode ... so fun to watch!
Thankyou Meateater for always introducing us to new people . Since KW made her first Meateater appearance, I have become obsessed with spear fishing .
Love watching Steve turn into quite the spear fisherman throughout the videos

This is the extremely rare episode where Steve kinda gets owned by his guests, lol. Fabulous episode though, big water is FUN!!!!
Shout out to the camera crew on this one. Amazing shots from start to finish 👏
Love all Steve’s content but the best part of them is always the meal at the end.
Man.. I need that fish they served at the end in my tummy RIGHT NOW
Man this guys need to do a spearfishing video down in Panama, Piñas bay and coiba, yall will see the biggest game ever!.
Steve Rinella has eclipsed the old "American Sportsman" TV Channel that aired from 1965 to 1986, which was an awesome Network channel for those of us born in the 50's!
Im so hungry after all of these episodes
That it 6 measly episodes!!
Holy crap the camera crew killed it on this one!!
Bummer this is the final episode this year! Can’t get enough
That opening scene of catching mahi under the bird reminds me of my granddad. He wouldn't put his line in the water for kokanee unless he could see a bald eagle. Some days we'd cruise around the lake for hours before we started fishing
That Yellowtail Snapper looked great!
Callaghan was pissed watching this😂😂
always a great watch while eating fresh fish offa the coast
I love the love shown to smaller countries like mines
You really should come to Australia. You can't shoot our bears but everything else is fair game. The Spearfishing will blow your mind.
I love the hunting but the cooking is also awesome! Keep it up guys! One of my favourite channels to watch!
Great video...Until I had to watch you guys eat that wonderful FOOD 😅😅😅 Envy comes to mind hehe Great Video.
nice to see Kimi 🤗
It doesn't matter how much I've eaten that day, I always get hungry by the end of these episodes :D

That carpaccio looks really good. Did he add lemon with the olive oil?
Man I love yellow tail fishing and they are yummy we fry them on the hoof. I worked at Long John Silvers in High School I’m just not a big fan of the batter. Great show
I love when Steve admits his mistakes and that everyone even the pros miss. it makes armatures like me feel better!
Can you please bring back some of the fishing series such as Das boat, Canadian angle and Spearchef? I feel meateater has been lacking in fishing videos over the last few months
Awesome video. Have to say that house is phenomenal 👌
The meal! The meal!
Every single fried sandwich had this crunch that made my mouth water
I'd love to go spearfishing but the ocean already has plenty of whales 😂 Maybe once I lose 80 pounds I'll book a trip to the Bahamas and give it a shot.
I love the ocean fishing episodes! Especially the spear fishing.
Hey it's Scuba Steve!!
I like that they added rod and reel fishing to this spear fishing episode.
I love the fishing episodes, and seeing Steve evolve as a spear fisherman too.
Spearfishing is pure badass! Great content!
Steve Rinella and BlackTipH would be such a rad collab.
Now my man is a ocean hunter 2, well done
I have been watching the latest episodes. The new intro is short but sweet and has the same effect as the OG one.
I envy you Steve What a fun life you are having .
Kimi is awesome! I hope I can go spear fishing one day :)
Kim is very charming. This show rocks!
Love me some Kimi!!!
Great episode, my only minor complaint is cut the cabbage in half so it easier and safer to cut.
This was so enjoyable to watch . Thanks!
Thanks for making me hungry as heck
1) fried fish is the best. All the other stuff looked great but those sandos had my mouth watering. 2) a crudo is a carpaccio served w a toasted round of bread. So no, sashimi is not crudo. At least, that’s the difference in the part of Italy my family is from
Nice to see you in abaco .. been to elbow cay last year .. nice lil cay great ppl ...
What a great show thank you for Sharing I love the cooking segment and the people you fished with Phenomenal wish I could be there
Hogfish in a sandwich is the best fish/sammy combination that exists
If this is the same trip as the spearchef footage, bravo for keeping part of it secret that long. If it isn't, I want the podcast episode. Either way, Bravo
Love these spear fishing episodes!
Cam is the absolute Legend!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I loved fishing, cooking. What else do you can ask great video
This reminds me of SCUBA Diving in the Kelp Beds in the Channel Islands of California when I was in the Navy.

My brother has a sailboat in Ventura Harbor and we sail out to the Channel Islands every once in awhile (he does regularly, but I live 3 hours away so not as much lol). One of these days I'll take my scuba gear out there
I love these spearfish videos. They are the best!
one of the best ever!
This was SO enjoyable! That meal looks delicious holy cow lol
back in my hometown .. good videos as always .. next time come to grand bahama we'll treat ya good. tight lines n poles only
Looks a little bit like over kill, great video, hope all of those fish went to good use!
Steve! Make a video of hunting in the BWCA!
Even tho meat eater has other people, Steven will always be the best.
Abacos, one of my favorite places on earth.
Man I love this show.
Always a good day after watching meat eater I love it
Always a good video if miss kimi is hanging out.
28:51 it looks like he is fishing with his but out .!! 😂
Bravo, keep em coming.
Aloha Kimmy, OH, and Steve😂. That was an awesome dive, guys. Aloha from Big Island 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Well done!! Very informative!
Man, that looks like a blast! Those hog fish are wicked cool looking. Edit: the only part I hated was the cooking part… only because I couldn’t have any. God damn that all looks so effin good!
I love Steve's mid life transition into being a tropical beach bum
Thanks Steve! JO JO IN VT 💞
Looks like SO much fun
Love it keep up the spearfishing videos!
That looks beautiful 😊
The pole spear in Australia is known as a Hawaiian sling. A fitting name if you ask me.
@floridaspearfishing
6 ай бұрын
Not really, a Hawaiian sling is a wooden Dowell with a bare shaft. Many people just mistakenly refer to a polespear as a Hawaiian sling. We use both polespears and Hawaiian Slings in the bahamas.
Loove episodes with Kimi and Cam! This is a great one 👏
u are the man,. brother. god bless keep it coming
Love this show so much and I love seeing Kimmi on episodes, living and spearing on big island she’s a huge role model for me.
Same thing happened to me fishing for yellowtail :)
I wanted to see how you guys were gonna do those grouper! Everything looked amazing though!
When i was in the keys we went for yellowtail snappers a bunch cuz they are the best eating fish and we had to go with a local guy. He showed us this technique and how tell when ya get a bite with your spool out. And how to target the bigger ones. We were catching like 8-10 inchers and he showed us how to get it farther back into the school. A secret i would never share
These spearfishing episodes are quickly becoming my favorite meateater episodes
I love how Steve takes it personal if he gets outfished
It pains me to say this, but the spearfishing episodes for me are like going out to eat at a restaurant I don't love with a group of people who adore it. There's nothing wrong with it, but I feel no excitement for the idea. Yet, both experiences can be saved by quality food, and this episode is no different. Excellent food segment.
carpe pescare...looks like a ton of fun
Kimi is the one that got away in my unfortunate dream… What an incredible woman 😍
I would love to see a video on how Kimi butterflied that snapper. Wonder how that would be with a bluegill. haha
Dang that house
