The fact that they upload these episodes to KZread is amazing. We’re getting so much quality on KZread for free, that’s wild.

Why do people still post this same stupid comment about getting stuff for free? Ur watching ads and Google is stealing tons of data about you to sell and make even more money - there’s nothing free about it. Sheesh

@@DavidNovaaif you think KZread is paying them millions for these uploads you’re delusional. They’re making money, but no show uploads episodes to KZread this quickly. I don’t pay for it, so yeah it’s free.
When Steve goes "Clay, you go shoot that damn bull" brought a smile to my face, that is a real friend, as disappointing as it may be not to harvest an animal yourself on one of these long hauls, there is no greater feeling than helping your friend's achieve their dreams and being able to share that moment together.

My dad shot a beautiful buck this week and he told me he wanted me to have gotten the buck. I told him no no that buck was yours all the way and I'm happier he got it than if I had gotten it. My dad's in his 70s and been hunting for over 50 years. That day had a smile ear to ear and the joy on his face was better than any buck I could have shot.
I’m 21 days into moose hunting, came to town to eat and take my mind off moose and this pops up.

Clay “you have to stop giving people the shot and just take one.” Five minutes later Steve “I’m not shooting that bull, you get there and shoot it.” That’s class.

That’s the reason I love watching this show I love watching how excited he is about the harvest even if it’s not his he just is there for the good times and seeing others happy that’s why I love hunting can go out all day with my group I could get nothing but seeing one of them smiling ear to ear is all I need to keep me going back out especially when I see new hunters get there first deer or duck or whatever it is just makes all the time and effort worth it
I love Clay’s critique of Steve’s cow call. “It needs more passion.”😂
Even under pressure, Clay never curses. Love it.
Steve has evolved into that "older hunter" who get more joy out of helping someone else harvest an animal than he does harvesting it himself. Neat to see the evolution from those of us who have been watching since the "The Wild Within"

My gosh I can’t stand when people use the word “harvest” for an animal - you’re killing it, it’s not a cucumber.
@dallashackel3041
6 ай бұрын
@@WideAwakeHumanyou are implying we are changing the verbiage to make it a softer tone. In reality we are including the entire process of a successful kill hence the word “harvest”.
That smile Clays face when Steve was talking about going after it. A buddy that smiles and says lets go for it when you have a crazy idea is invaluable. Shows how good a dude Clay is. He was so excited for Steve to have a chance. Celebrate others victories as if they were your own.
Nothing beats Steve's face after the 2nd shot. Just pure "hell ya that actually worked" in one expression.

@@ZippoGuySteve's show Meat Eater is on Netflix, they upload old episodes to youtube periodically. This is not a new episode, season 11 has been out for a long time now. In fact season 12 drops in one month. So not every show on the Meat Eater youtube channel is supposed to star Steve himself, but they certainly do a great job of highlighting the amazing group of guys and gal's he has working with him.
Thank you Clay. Advancing toward a wounded animal. Speaking aloud' my safety is on'. Best 5 seconds of a hunting video I have seen in years. I've been teaching this for years. I can't believe the amount of 'safe' hunters who don't do this, amid high emotions and dangerous surroundings. Remembering safety in a stressful situation should be ingrained in the first days of hunting and carried thru for life. Great job Clay.

One of my favorite episodes. As much about a brotherhood as it is about hunting.
Could be my favorite episode ever. Clay and Steve are gold.
already saw this on the website, but damn, the excitement of that final stalk gets me every time! well done Clay!
Now that's classy letting your buddy take the shot, still the best hunting show out there.
Seeing the pure joy from Steve after Clay shoots the bull is one of the coolest things to see.
It’s not often that Steve’s excitement bursts through the screen. He sure looked happy for Clay. A couple great lessons in this one.
I like the idea that maybe another hunter a few hundred years from now will find evidence of Steve and Clay having cracked open that Moose bone for its marrow with a rock. What an incredible hunt! Definitely one of my favorite Meateater episodes to date.
Man I love watching Steve hunt with his friends. There's no better end to a video than you guys getting the animal you worked so hard for and then celebrating. You guys are true outdoorsman
I love that Steve is just as excited about the moose as Clay is maybe more !
Steve lives the absolute hunters dream. Hunts a crazy different amount of animals with all kinds of cool ppl all over the world. This dude lives my dream life. I’m strictly a bow hunter and he is an inspiration like no other.
Reminds me of a old Elmer Keith saying, "hunting is 90% looking and 10% walking and most hunters get it backwards"
My lord I love these two! What great men and a great show
That was amazing…I actually stood up and shouted SHOOOOOOOOT HIM…..what a great freaking episode!!!!!! Congrats Clay!!!!
Steve’s funny, “you know it ain’t morning let’s get moving”
I really enjoy these videos. Steve is my favorite outdoorsman. He lives the life I wish I could.
Steve is such a good friend, hell yea brotha! Congrats Clay, awesome moose!
Im so happy, guys. Just finished my weeks hunt in Africa and bagged a nice warthog. Im happy to see that somewhere across the ocean, there are two great guys also enjoying nature and the thrill of the hunt.I also wish to go there someday.
I love Steve’s old man analogy, as I are one. I am pushing 60, a disabled veteran with a titanium knee, two titanium screws in an ankle, and a totally reconstructed left shoulder. However, I do have a plan for a moose hunt. Moose and elk are the top of my hunting bucket list!

Clay is hilarious lol always a treat when he's in an episode.
I love seeing Steve run up to a Moose like he hasn't been trampled by one before.
Best thing that ever happened to Meateater was Clay Newcomb and his group. Keep up the great work.
From a fellow Arkansan, awesome hunt. Always love seeing Clay on and will watch every video. Such an amazing hunt! The joy on y’all’s faces right after he went down. That is what it is all about. Especially it being the last day. Memories that will last a lifetime and generations.
Notification gang. Cant wait for the upcoming season.

Amen right on tight lines!
Well done, Meat Eater crew. I just returned from a hunting and salmon fishing trip in Alaska. I am still high on the wilderness.
I admit that i often am the victim of jealousy when watching any given hunting video. However, this one may take the number one spot! Ranked right up there with an iconic Dall Sheep hunt. And to hunt with either of these two great hunters....i cant even imagine.
If I could give this video two thumbs up I would.
Being a Michigan man myself, I have a lot of love for Steve and the meat eater brand. But more than that he gifts me inspiration and excitement. I haven't hunted since I was a teenager and he in the mitten white tail is tradition. I'm now saving up for the required equipment to not only hunt again but get my 3 sons involved in hunting and out of social media. So, Thanks a million Steve, keep inspiring us please.
I remember when the podcast came out that told this story and hearing how excited Clay was about the entire story. Now with moose season opening up in Ontario this gets me fired up right on time.

@shanechapman5574 I actually listened to the podcast of this episode on my way home last year from my own (unsuccessful) moose hunt in northern Saskatchewan. Talk about adding insult to injury!
Damn I thought I was watching a hunt with no kill awesome thank you for bringing us along 🙏
Steve, absolutely good on you for giving Clay the opportunity. I already respected the heck out of you and that went up 2 points after watching this. Congrats Clay!
Finally an episode with the legend. Steve is the bob Ross of hunting
So stoked for season 12! One month away! 🍻
Wow, this is one of the best videos I've ever seen. No, Huff, no fluff, just pure hunting.
Loved the video - as usual, whenever Steve is included.
I love this episode. After hearing it on the podcast, I would love to see all the extra footage that didn’t make the final cut. I wish there were more behind the scenes shows.
Boys what a great hunt. It had everything. Well done clay.
Awesome to see clay stalking in and playing the wind! That's what hunting is all about. Too many hunting videos these days people are just taking pot shots at 600+ yards
This is probably to date my favourite episode of MeatEater. Absolutely phenomenal from Steve and Clay. 💯
Such a gift to watch Steve get as much pleasure having someone else get a bull as he himself would have had he shot it.
I can't think of a time Steve has been happier!
You two are a hoot to watch! Nothin like hunting with a good buddy, memories for life!
Bravoo..bro for this content..the best hunting conten i ever watching..🎉❤from Malaysia..your big fan ..bravoooo...🎉🎉❤
I can hear that fancy First Lite jacket rubbing on the mic.
That eas EPIC! Like MJ with the clock ticking down...
This episode was amazing. Captured everything about hunting. So awesome to see two good buddies both wanting the other to shoot and then the pure joy that just one of them was able too.
Louisiana duck episode was a banger! Love ya Steve! Like always! Give me a job Steve!😂
How do they not starting crying so hard with joy, satisfaction, and relief when they finally get one. I’d cry so hard
Wow! That was just phenomenal to watch! What a moose and what a great hunt for two exceptional people!
Steve runs in for the finishing shot while the other guy has his gun pointed in the bulls direction behind Steve. Guarantee you that would only happen once with me !!!!!

I love clay! I love Steve and this was awesome! Thank you both!
This is so awesome seeing Clay get to do all of these hunts he has probably been dreaming of his whole life...or maybe could have never dreamed of.
That brought tears to my eyes, seeing how much hard work they put into this hunt, in order to have success with a trophy bull. That Michigan kid (Steve) knows how to guide and call for his friends. Thank you for the great work of putting this into a quality video. ❤
Two of you are just Fortunate!❤❤
STEVE RINELLA IS A LEGEND IN MY BOOK!
What a great episode. Good job Clay!
My heart was racing when the lil brother popped out!!!
honestly... some of the most beautiful countryside i've ever seen... and i'm Canadian
The work that you guys put up here on Meat Eater is crazy good! Thank you for sharing this amazing content with us, I get emotional even though I never went hunting in my life, but I always get more and more excited to do this one day.
Steve is such a class act. Respect.
The episodes are best when Steve is on them.
"I dont know if that makes us smart, or dumb." I don't know either but I sure know that's what makes them who they are.
That’s the most charismatic I’ve seen Steve ever😂
That was amazing. Would love to see an episode where Steve takes a first time hunter out deer hunting. Would like to see him showing someone the ropes. It could have new hunters of all ages to show how each reacts. One reason I say that is because I am 56 years old and just now wanting to learn how to hunt.
@craigimmel8640

He has done that a few times already. He took 2 ladies that I believe work for him and he took Joe Rogan and another comedian, that I can’t think of his name, on a deer hunt at the same time.
One of the best episodes ever!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing
Steve is the only man I know of that may never get a moose because he enjoys seeing other people get one instead. Man what a modern day poet. the opportunity to hunt anything with this man would be a dream.
You know it's going to be good when you get Steve and Clay, nice bull guys
Steve and Clay together don't get much better. A mouse hunt with them boys would be fun to watch.
I would buy the entire series just for the episode where Steve gets his bull that's pictured on the podcast.
Never been hunting in my life. Don't have any desire. But man am I addicted to watching this channel.
Glad to be back for another season
That's gotta be one of the most memorable hunts Clay's ever been on!
Awesome video guys! The hard work surely paid off and this makes me want to head to Alaska.
Always fond of the meat eater stories brings good luck!
Awesome shot last minute! That was an awesome video. Great seeing videos with Phelps
Stoked for the new season!!
Seeing the wolves was really cool, the quiet "Shoo wolves, shoo" though made me laugh XD
I’m convinced Steve is never gonna shoot another animal in a video lol . Great job Meateater crew!
Congratulations Steve and Clay.
WOW! What a wild hunt!! Couldnt have scripted it any better and the look on Steve's face when Clay gets the bull is priceless. Awesome Job!
Wow. What an amazing episode. Might be one of my favorite. It's hunting at its most raw. Nothing can happen and anything can happen. That's why it's the WILD
Gotta put a picture of Steve in that tree in the intro such a cool moment
Very impressive video audio and music . Great work boys!
I’ve been waiting for this video ever since I heard the podcast!!!🇺🇸
Best episode yet
9:14 I love how two opponents step into the clearing to do battle.
