I just ordered a belt for my 05 sportsman 500 HO, this is the first Polaris branded belt, I’ve bought 3 of the Chinese belts (Ponese😂) and they all were trash. Atv try to pull while idling, can’t get in gear etc. I wish I had found this channel before buying the belt, I wouldn’t hesitate to try one of these hunterworks belts or clutch assembly. My buddy has an 02 700 Twin Sportsman that needs a belt due to poor alignment (in my novice opinion) may try to give one of these a shot on his (or swap my belt to his and put a hunterworks on mine) if you guys have the equivalent to the Polaris 3211095 belt. Great channel, lots of knowledge shared and I appreciate that. Merry Christmas 2023! May 2024 and beyond bring us all joy and new friendships (and the democrats lose all seats and flee to caves…) 😂

Merry Christmas to you and thanks for the last part, the comments parts. For as the belts etc, we do not have any belts or any parts for that matter for either of those ATV's. We mostly do UTV and 08 and up.

When taking off hard but not to hard and there is clicking or a louder noise could it be the belt?

No, that is normal, just parts that were not touching now touching and it happens with a jerk so it makes noise

do you have a belt that is 1 5/16 by 38 3/16 for my LINHAI 2016 700
