The artist who designed this Batman, Dan Mora, actually revealed how the design has little homages to other Batman suits- including the Bale style buckle for the utility belt. In addition, the chest armor is reminiscent of the Pattinson chest armor, the short sleeves are a callback to Zero Year, etc. As for this figure, I personally think the ears stick out a bit too much especially comparing to the art, but otherwise it seems a nice figure

I know it's like the 15th Batman from McFarlane but I love it! I will look cool with the motorcycle.

I really like this figure. Dark Detective was a badass comic thanks to the art by Dan Mora. I wonder if we'll get a jacket-less variant. I'm surprised McFarlane hasn't done a Knightmare Batman figure yet.

Same I would have loved a Knightmare Batman figure it would be amazing I mean they did the justice league figured why not add the Batman Vs Superman figures

I have an action figure customizing question. I have been holding off getting the Superman Rebirth MacFarlane figure because I don't like the reuse of the lower legs from the original figure with the painted red strips. I was thinking about getting a Mattel Superman Rebirth figure to use the waist down and the torso up from the MacFarlane figure. You have experience with both these lines. Can this be done and still look good?

Thigh cut is great. It's not the first time this line as done it but it's annoying they don't consistently do it. With that said, if they knew they were going to do a thigh cut, why not bring the padding beneath the cut? Why not bring the shoulder padding above the bicep swivel if not just attach it to the coat?

This is one my least favorite Batman figures. To each their own but I don't get it.
