Sin and idolatry. Instead of praying to the true and living God you pray to Mary. Who changed the truth of God into a lie, worshipped and served the creature more than the creator. Who is bless for ever. Amen. Romans 1 : 25

@@keronduncan9928I don't want to get into the debates but do you really know how a rosary works ? Which prayer is recited while doing a rosary ? It's the Hail Mary. Where do you see idolatry in this prayer knowing that it is written "...pray for us...". Since when is asking someone to pray for you idolatry ? Additionally, the rosary is Christocentric since the life of Jesus is meditated during the prayer : The birth of Jesus, passion, resurrection etc...

1 Corinthians 15:1-4 King James Version 15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Don’t be deceived….funny how MSM only cares about “Faith” when it’s not Biblical. The catholic faith does not represent the gospel correctly. Their doctrine teaches that Salvation requires more than Grace; works/baptism being a big part which is not mentioned in the gospel as a requirement. Ephesians 2:8-9; there are A LOT of scriptures that teach about Gods saving Grace and man has nothing to do with it. Our works are the fruit of true repentance and the Holy Spirit guiding us. Giving our life to Christ also means giving up our earthly desires/dreams. That doesn’t mean you can’t be wealthy or successful but many folks are focused on that and putting their God in the passenger seat. Do not be deceived today folks. It’s not about religion, it’s about the gospel… There are plenty of good people in the world doing great things, some are religious and some are not. Matthew 7:21-23

I am not here to discuss Basketball as I don't really follow it, but since Coach Mazzula is a Devout Catholic, which from what I have gathered, comes from his American of Italian-Catholic ancestry Father,. This video popped up as I do spend lots of time on Catholic Theology and Apologetics channels here on KZread. No, Catholic Doctrine teaches Salvation is from Grace. Baptism is a Sacrament, the normative means through which God gives Grace. Man pre-Fall was in state of justice before God (Grace) but post fall now have what Catholic Dogma defines as Original Sin, that is man's nature is now wounded, fallen, stained thus without Grace, Man's will and intellect can't on its own come to true Faith. Thus, Gods Grace which is a gift precedes the Faith you have (True Faith) which is a Gift of Grace. Back to Baptism, Grace is given through Baptism, the matter is "Water" and Form is the Holy Trinity. So Grace restores man back to the image pre-fall and thus Faith to know God comes from Grace, but True Faith is not just knowledge of God or an intellectual assent, it is a formed Faith as Saint Paul states in Galatians 5:6 "faith working through love". What is the Love, to Love God 1st to abide in Christ, follow him, which Grace does for us. Your soteriology stems from the 16th century German Catholic Priest Martin Luther, the Swiss Catholic Priest Zwingli and the Northern French Catholic Deacon John Calvin. None of their soteriology is taught in the pre Nicene Church Fathers and great Ecumenical Councils through the mid 5th century (Nicea 325 AD, Constantinople 381 AD, Ephesus 431 AD and Chalcedon 451 AD)

@@palermotrapani9067 Any additional requirements to faith in Christ for salvation is works-based salvation (baptismal regeneration is not in the Bible). In the New Testament baptism is ALWAYS practiced AFTER saving faith in Christ. I don’t need a degree in theology to know that. Salvation is by Grace and Grace alone, through true repentance of course. John 3:16 Ephesians 2:8-9 Titus 3:5 Also, 1 John 5:13 kills the catholic belief that one cannot be assured of their salvation. Just like my JW in-laws, I question if people actually read the Bible in context or just listen to whoever is telling them lies. The scripture is plain and simple, the Holy Spirit draws the sinner to repentance. Oh BTW, Jesus is the intercessor not a priest or a pope or any other manmade position. AND Jesus is no longer on the cross, that’s a huge deal. Hebrews 7:25 1 John 2:1

@@Jahoo-o No you don't need to tell me to read the Bible, the Catholic Church decided what the NT canon was in the 4th century, that is what the 27 book NT canon is. You are a typical American Protestant who thinks Christianity started in the 16th century somewhere North of the Alps. Sorry it did not. Christ mediates and intercedes in a singular way with The Father in Heaven, but since I am a Catholic who holds to orthodox Trinitarian Doctrine, the Holy Spirit also intercedes in case you haven't really read the Sacred Scriptures as well as you think [ e.g., Rom 8:26; Eph 2:18;] That does not mean the baptized faithful don't ask each other to pray for one another. Saint Paul in at least 9 places, off the top of my head, did so [ e.g.k Rom 15:30-32; 2 Cor 1:10-11; Eph 6:18-20; Phil 1:19; Col 4:2-4; 1 Thess 5:25; 2 Thess 3:1-2; 1 Tim 2:1-2; Phm 1:22). And the Catholic priest is ordained to rightly celebrate the Sacraments, that is to devote themselves to the priestly service of the people of God following Saint Paul [Rom 15:16].
