Unbelievable how this state-of-the-art washing machine is a gigantic step backwards

No wonder this washer was on sale. I have never heard such a racket when it is on. Wish I could return it! My 30 year old Kenmore is much quieter!

I just got ours today and came here to make sure the loudness was normal, all the clicking and banging I was scared wasn’t normal

I'm here for the same! Lol I'm super nervous because I had to replace my old washer and didn't have a lot of money to buy anything g better. Hope it's still working good for you. I'm doing my first wash right now.

Just bought mine and had it delivered and installed yesterday. Had wash piling up and 3 loads yesterday and 1 this morning. Your vid makes this washer sound much louder and cheaper than it really is. If set properly and not over loaded it is very quiet and precise. Happy with my purchase so far.

So it is just really loud lol I thought it was the clover field aliens. 😂 I seriously thought i was broken😮

I got mine a month ago, I paused it and didn’t want to start, I wish the Manuel had more information. I wished washer were made like the old ones, now these digitals are not that good and don’t last that long.

There's nothing to tell you what all the settings mean. What is a casual wash? Start button works funny - sometimes it will work, sometimes no work.

I made a copy of the quick guide and attached it under the lid. I have no idea why they didn't put something like that there, don't most washers put basic instruction stickers under the lid?

Yes! @@soupoftheday1984 and also pulling the knob out to start the machine, or push it back in to pause it; and being able to open the lid during the washing! I just received mine. When I asked the salesman how long the washer would last (my last one was 20 years old when I bought it, I used it for about 15 years without any repairs and then it got irreparably damaged during a move) and the salesman told me, "Honestly, about 5-8 years" !!!!

It might be the COLD TAP WATER SETTING at the far right. Just got ours today & trying to figure out all this push button stuff.

Does anyone experience it not starting even though the lights are on?

It takes 5mins to start while the computer is setting up. Just got mine, works great

No luck with mine It will only put in a little bit of water, less than a gallon. Then it will flash on fill/sense and done. After waiting around 10 minutes

I am also experiencing the machine even with pressing the button three times. Also the red light does turn on idicating it is lock, but it does nothing afterward.

How long will the ciruit board on this baby last and how much will it cost . I bet slightly more than five years and the cost to replace the board with labor will be the price of the washer . That is wondrous new world we live in .

when i click start and the wash begins why does it lid lock ? what if forgot to toss something in ? can i unlock it and it can resume??

Just got mine yesterday. Very quiet and pretty fast cycle. Way quieter than this!

Just had this installed. I've never heard such noise. Despite being perfectly level and distributing clothes evenly there's a weird loud repetutive screeching sound, and then, when it's prepping for Rinse and Spin several series of loud (loud!) knocking noises! Never heard anything like it. Your video helps dispel several concerns but some of what I'm hearing can't possibly be right....or good for the machine. I'm two loads in and regretting the purchase.

Just got over the weekend and doesn’t even finish the theu the whole cycles. Meaning it will fill wash n that’s it. I have to turn it off then back on change the aetting to drain n spin. What do I do

Same here. It stays on for an hour and the clothes are still soaked. Have to drain and spin. Just got my machine a week ago. Have you figured it out yet

Could you show how to reset it please?…

Remember to attach the ground wire to the center screw in the outlet plate and the rear of the machine. The video didn't show that.

How long is your wash cycle?

It's not loaded properly. Just pause it and reset the load inside.

@@julievillegas9347 It's usually something like large towels or work jeans throwing off the balance as the washer is self-balancing to a point. You momentarily push the right side start button...wait till washer comes to complete halt and door latch unlocks...reach in drum and balance the load....then close door and push and hold right side button again.

Remember, when 3 cu. Ft. washers were the “large”? It all seems like 4cuft. Is becoming the small.

I bought a whirlpool and it’s exactly like this. Doesn’t wash well either, sooo disappointing

I don’t like it it takes so long for the wash cycle my older Maytag was perfect I’m not happy with my purchase and I think I will be returning

I just got one and used it for the first time last night. 1 hour and 9 minutes for ONE wash cycle! So noisy, it's unbelievable! I cannot believe what a piece of junk this thing is. And of course, special order - no refund. I am seriously considering donating it to the church or someone who can deal with it, as I can't. It nearly sent me into a panic attack. I did not see a spotting problem, and the clothes were clean when they came out, but I simply cannot tolerate the time and the ungodly noise. Wish I'd never bought it.
