I’ve read the book based on John Lennon’s diary, and from what I’ve read, John seemed to really be in love with May.

John should have stayed with May. She was good to him and for him. John was so productive when he was with May. He put out some great music and was happy. I dislike John calling it 'his lost weekend', he was far from lost. At some point, John and May were looking for a house together on the Long Island Sound....He more than likely would still be alive had he stayed with May.

Yes he was he was with May that was an angel and came back with the woman who controlled him totally,when Yoko knew that John were gonna met with Paul and Linda in New Orleans immediately called John back to the Dakota and him like a puppy came back the rest is history

@@sludge4125 Double Fantasy is the result of a very bad weather that got John on his way to Bermuda on a boat as he described himself that something that had been closed in his brain for years opened again and he wrote all the songs in a week.Yoko has nothing to do with that

@@apsomar Agreed! I think though when Yoko saw that photo of John kisses May with so much passion, that's when she decided she wanted him to come back. Meanwhile, while John was out in LA with May, Yoko was hot in the panties for David Spinozza and literally pursued him to no end.

Such a lovely, energetic, sparkly, positive person

May Pang is lovely so positive love her.

I really love listening to may talk in general and I love her ☺️

MI no your wrong there she (May) is telling the story of behind the scenes with John and the important moments that not many know. And she isn’t releasing a new book every year to make some more money but Yoko she just keeps putting together new songs from different albums and adding like a poster in it like all she (yoko) wants is money

Wow I didn't realise how lovely she was, gentle voice and very engaging. She must have been very hurt when Yoko took John back and got pregnant.

May was definitely a treasure in John’s heart, at least from hearing all about her that’s public this is what my conclusions have come to.

She’s so beautiful, I love her

Love her New York accent and her Asian beauty.

Yes, I know it's superficial, but here's this beautiful young Chinese woman, and as soon as she speaks you catch the NY accent and mannerisms. Just lovely!

The third time, May Peng, was the charm for John's relationships. He should have stayed with May. Cynthia also liked her. Cynthia said in an interview when asked about Yoko that she was only going to say Yoko was not her cup of tea. Lol!

been watching on and off for the last year and really enjoy thank you for the teaching, saw the last video thank i needed that. still have a lot to learn.

Why couldn't he just marry a perfectly normal girl like this one...

He was married to a perfectly normal and beautiful girl named Cynthia that he met before he was anything who he left for Yucko. I’ll never get it. May was an angel by bringing Julian and Cynthia back into his life. Yoko really took him away from his son for 3 years or more. She tried to kidnap her daughter and so her ex husband ran with Kyoko and Yoko made him promise not to see Julian again until she found her. But really she didn’t want Cynthia around bc she was threatened that John would get back with Cyn due to their history. It’s just sad all around. Towards the end of the 70s and in 1980 John was finally getting a good relationship thru the phone with Julian and then he gets killed. So tragic. So as I said... he was married to a good girl who was an angel until the day she died. Cynthia always loved John. If you haven’t read Cynthias book “John” I really recommend it. Cynthia loved May as well bc John could see Julian and be friends with her again. And Cynthia and May remained close friends after Johns death and May remains a good friend of Julians.

For people who think the hatred for Yoko was due to racism, it never dawns on them that May is beloved among John Lennon fans. If racism was the reason Yoko is hated, wouldn't everyone hate May as well???

I do not like Yoko because she's a controlling, manipulative woman. It's got nothing to do with her ethnicity. She has all the markings of a sociopath.

I'm not a defender of Yoko, and she may have "killed" him gradually if he had the lost decades of his life. Who knows? But the person that killed him was the asshole who pulled the trigger - whose name I will not mention.
