Good question. If you did not have the word "legally" in the question, then my answer would be 100% yes. However I would not suggest someone live in their, but it would absolutely be very possible, especially fixed up nice. Yet it would still have no plumbing. However legally, no it is not a HUD approved structure to live in full-time. Perhaps somebody could camp inside their if they really wanted to, but nothing long-term.
Why can’t this shit be made in America? WTF is wrong with us?

It would definitely have been nice to make this video say "in America" versus "in China". We did look into some options from America however the costs when all said and done was significantly higher than shipping them from halfway around the world. The units that we got are pretty solid. We are quite happy with them. Then again, it would have been nicer to buy local.
