Max is a perfectionist and hates it when he feels like he's being held back. Only GP can handle his firey temper. Adrenaline has a lot to do with him losing it I think because any time you see Max off track he's super chill. GP's dead calm is a perfect balance to Max.

I think it's more towards championship mentality because you have to see drivers opposite to Verstappen e.g. Leclerc who always listens to the tema and never has a problem when they do something wrong. If he gets a level of "anger" towards them, they'll try to "respect" him more. Because Ferrari just slack because they know Leclerc won't say anything.

99% of race engineers would cave into Max’s angry radio messages. GP is the only one that claps back and keeps a nice balance between driver-engineer

I'm not a Max fan but 1 thing Max has is that constant drive of wanting more.....that next pole, next win, extra tenth here, extra tenth there and that drive to want more and to improve is what drives anybody on be it an elite sports person or in every day life

Leclerc should learn from this if he ever wants to be world champion ar Ferrari. You need to be a leader to win and you have to be on top of it. Look at max wins everything and never get complacent

I tried the same aprouch as GP on my kid who was ranting on the phone. Telling him if he could do a better job he should just show me After another rant I ended the call with " understood". In the end he did do a better job and apologized for going of the rails. I showed him the clip of Max ranting and subsequently apologizing and we both had a good laugh. GP probably is an amazing dad. The man has so much Patience.

Guys, you are loving this. Max is passionate (ok sometimes rude), adrenaline. More drivers doing this or don't hear it on tv. People love those teamradios. But also are whining about that.
