Her step-grandmother/Max’s mom Sophie Kumpen was also a legendary karting driver who gave up her racing career to raise a family. Multiple drivers of the 90s and 2000s that raced with her have spoken about how they think she had the talent to be an F1 driver and most people agree she was the parent Max inherited his driving style from.

I think you're giving Max too much credit. For those of us with no first hand racing experience much less driving a F1 car, just driving an F1 car with no other car around, at full race pace, naturally can seem pretty daunting. These drivers though, by the time they reach F1, they have anywhere from 10 to 15 years of karting/racing experience so multitasking isn't hard. Most F1 drivers today are playing with their steering wheel controls sometimes multiple times in a single lap.
