Seems to specifically be the Burning Godzilla design from Godzilla Vs Destroyah, one of my favorite Godzilla films. I want a proper Godzilla game to be made again one day. You can just use a similar groundwork from "Save the Earth" if you want and just add more characters. And good online obviously. I would be happy.

Honestly, he shouldn't watch it. It's close enough to release and usually these later things are very spoilery, hell, I'd even go as far as to say that a lot of stuff they've released is "spoilery" already to some level. I've avoided watching any new Rebirth videos even of Max's reactions for months now because of it.

​@@valentds and whats funny about that is Max genuinely enjoyed the hiking, traveling and sneaking stuff, right up until fast travel and other op gadgets became the focus. he mentions that quite often. I think we can all agree there was something incredible about the exploration of environments and proper gameplay spliced in here and there, but as soon as the strong gadgets unlock, that make those gameplay moments disappear or less frequent and it loses that grip it had.

@@yourmother9747Funnily enough, the story and writing are kinda messy and inconsistent and the gameplay is what actually works about death stranding for a lot of its run time. I still replay it and skip most of the cutscenes. Building roads is very fulfilling. I will admit it takes a while for the gameplay to click. Episode 3 is when you get to the main open world and things really open up. The OW Combat is surprisingly good too, you can use a sticky gun to yoink enemy packages and throw them back at their faces.

All the classes could be different special forces and weapons from the Godzilla media. Basically like those Scenes from Final Wars and VS Destroyah. Like imagine a swarm of Crab Destroyahs while we gun them down running up buildings and your buddy calls you down Mechagodzilla that you hop in while your other buddy flys around as Jet Jaguar.

Stellar Blade: characters are named Eve, Adam, and Lily. Hmm, I wonder if there will be some sort of allegory or metaphor in this game. It might just be too subtle for me to catch.

Death Stranding 2 is probably the most next-gen looking game I’ve seen. Everything from the character models and performances to the environments and lighting are just visually arresting.

Damn Max saw this a whole week before us.

One thing about kojima, he'll always bring you a bat sht crazy concept; on time, everytime. The Mimir references were cool too, even Mimir's voice actor was involved. Kojima really gets his way with the industry's talent and by the looks of things he's about to have his way with hollywood's talent too. Calling it right now, Keanu's in the new espionage IP. Not the main character, but he is definitely gonna be in there somewhere

Most exciting moment for me was seeing there's some sort of vocation quick change mechanic in Dragon's Dogma 2. Depending on how far they're willing to go with it that could lead to some nutty synergies and combos in the combat. I'm also curious if it's gonna be an Arisen only thing or if your main pawn can quick change vocations as well.

Its official. Kojima will make Metal Sear Golid a new espionage game

Stellar Blade looks dope the last trailer had way more action and showing the world. This one showed more of the rpg elements. Also Judas LOOKS INCREDIBLE!! It is like weird sci fi fantasy meets cyberpunk, We Happy Few (greattt game if you’ve never played it), Bioshock of course, and Deathloop with the strange futuristic parties and outfits and strange characters.

I think my theory still stands: SoP are less than 45 minutes and Showcases are longer. But they were pushing it this time. I think i might need to add to it that Showcases happen in or near the summer unless it is the year of a new console release.

I get it the game is a work in progress and thinks can be improved but it hurts the game when you show stuff that isn’t ready like that. Also on a side note that legendary tales vr game looked awesome and I’m not usually big into vr.
