@@jakefifelski3851 He literally just upped everything and I saw him walking through the grocery store sliding doors sideways the other day, 260lean with 26" arms. Lats as large as a F-22. Insane.

As a seasoned lifter this stuff is spot on! Very common sense training to get great results and stay injury free! There are many ways to stress the muscle without destroying joints and tendons. Personally, one thing I really like to do is use a barbell. I feel like having my hands further apart helps me feel my lats more. I prefer an EZ curl bar, because it's shorter, instead of an olympic bar. Worth a try I think.
