    @@jakefifelski3851 He literally just upped everything and I saw him walking through the grocery store sliding doors sideways the other day, 260lean with 26" arms. Lats as large as a F-22. Insane.

    As a seasoned lifter this stuff is spot on! Very common sense training to get great results and stay injury free! There are many ways to stress the muscle without destroying joints and tendons. And best of all for me, tomorrow is back day! Subscribed and glad I found ya! Always enjoy a humble yet successful lifter talk common sense and like you said it is all relative to your goals.     Personally, one thing I really like to do is use a barbell. I feel like having my hands further apart helps me feel my lats more. I prefer an EZ curl bar, because it's shorter, instead of an olympic bar. Worth a try I think.
