Man, I first saw your food vids 7 yrs ago where I was motivated enough to quit my job and start body building. Never happened. Now I'm 41 considering the same thing and was happy to see you're still making the food vids! I might take it seriously this time.
This video takes me back to when I was younger watching his Big On A Budget. That video started it all for me! All good info here!

Good advice brotha. I like to get a pound of 96/4 ground beef and cook it with a pouch of basmati rice and a pouch of Chedder broccoli flavored rice and mix with salt and red pepper flakes. Then put it in a big bowl and eat it as you are hungry. Change up the type of ground meat and type of rice and condiments. Sometimes add a lil bit of low fat shredded cheese and hot sauce. It usually helps to avoid running to McDonald's doing that at least.

Sound advice from the boss man. Simplicity delivery that many 'pros' overcomplicate with useless jargon . The challenge with massing is not just the intake,but balancing an active lifestyle together with training to stimulate growth. Our type need extra more above maintenance for sure. Great vid ! If you're adding 200-300 cals per day where are you getting them from? Carbs, ( 4cal/g) protein (4 cal/g) or fats (9cal/g)?

Most of the time, protein is already plenty high... So the extra calories end up coming from fats and carbs

Pork is a good choice especially if you're considering effects on blood cholesterol, since beef in general has higher saturated fat than pork. But most people really choose it based on taste preference, as well as for ethical considerations. I personally prefer the taste of beef to pork, and pork to chicken. But I rarely eat pork because most pork is NOT produced ethically.
Question. Is the animal meal that’s displayed an actual Meal Replacement? I take one serving a day, 4 scoops of a different brand, and I add two more scoops to oatmeal. Just curious about that specific brand.

Fast food IS horrible and shouldn't be consumed at all. You can make "fast food" like meals at home that taste good and are FAR better for you.

Tren makes it harder to gain weight it’s for cutting. You can bulk on tren but you would have to eat more then if you didn’t use tren.
I need animal...but 200$ per tub is nuts....why not 90$ no more
Speaking of " hard gainers " .. it may very well be that your gut/ stomach , intestines and various glands / organs throughout the body is " screwed up " ( for lack of a better word ) due to all the sugar and shite you consumed in your life that it doesnt matter how much / or what you eat.. You wont be able to absorb / or hardly absorb any nutrients from what you eat. Then add stress on top of that AND the food nowadays contains less nutrients ( vitamins , minerals)than say 50 - 70 yrs ago.. with alot of it being radiated / sprayed with pesticides and whatnot.... GMO's..... this is the world we live in.
i always hate these kind of videos "ohh how to get big shoulders?".. "just do 3sets of lateral raises, eat 200g of protien!!" but youre supposed to say AND take 500mg of trt... like this video says "oh just cook fish and chicken and eat in a surplus bro oh and buy my merch and supps and youll get huge!!!" you have to tell your audience *AND* take roids... such a big misleading piece of information
Junk info. Basic and not informative. Increase calories? We know. Show us what you really have to do. You just show us a blue tupperware lid and say what's in it. Show us the food and how much. People may not know the amount of pecans you eat, show us, not just a bag full of them. And who eats rice cakes when bulking? So silly. You seem like a cool good guy but we want a need more than this. Also does your workout, supplements, and injections change when bulking. This is the stuff that would help. Thanks, peace and love.
