Hey Mattias, I will not talk about your creativity and mastery of composition and the instrument. It's metal meeting Konnakol in its perfection. That is just astonishing. The blues and the legato part in between caught me because of the feeling you can put into it. Also played with perfection. 🎸🤩 No, I'm writing this because you smile, you're humble and you reply to your fans with a heart. In these crazy times you give us more than music, you share a real great personality. Thank you sooooooo much. Stay strong and healthy and share your gift of music. If I can support with dog food (make your dogs part of the next video again) or something, let me know, because you give so much to me watching these videos 🤗

sadguitarguru at his satsang, transcended rhythms, absolutely liberated virtuosity. i may be fanboying a bit, but this feels much more unlocked playing, than any all-chords/arppegios/scales-knowing playing. it's just doing something else to me. pure bliss, huge grin on my face on every song and video from start to end. thank you master c:

Love guitar, respect his sophistication, know how extremely difficult this is.... But....but....don't you think it's just really for his own and few others pleasure? I don't find nothing wrong with playing anything one wants but this is exactly the reason why I stopped following prog genre and went back to hardcore rock and prog from 70's with strong hooks and more simplistic approach. I want to be able to remember SOMETHING out of the song. But most definitely there's tons of things one can learn from Mattias.

Bravo cher Monsieur Eklundh ! More than the modes and their (freaking) use throughout the song, the structure (including its different, themes, parts & developements perfectly brought and connected) is absolutely mind blowing. It is a kind of "modern metal tone poem", as complex and inovative as the Rite of Spring was in its time. A new hybrid metal flagship for sure. Absolutely needed in a music analysis course. Félicitations et merci !!!
