Matt Mcelroy - 3x World Cup Champion Triathlete - Brick Session

Since beginning his triathlon career in 2015, after being a 3x All American XC/Track runner at Northern Arizona University, Mcelroy has continued to bring in the awards in his elite triathlon career. He is a pretty decorated American on the ITU circuit. He ended his 2019 season with 3 x back to back wins at World Triathlon World Cups. He is currently training for the ITU short course calendar. The next race is a World Cup on September 28th in Bergen Norway.

    lol @55g of carbs per cup. maple is ~100 cals an ounce, 25g of carbs. 6oz is 600cals 150g carbs. it is the future

    He's got elastic laces. They're already set to the tightness he likes and they have enough stretch for him to get his foot in the shoe.
