I just want to live in the Britain I grew up in. I want it for my now middle aged children. But, mostly for my 13 yr old granddaughter, who is aware of young Muslim male predators. I've told her to never go near men with brown skin. I can't believe those words could ever be said by me. Her response was "Yes Grandma, I know". Back in 1968, just after I was married, we went to visit my husband's aunt & uncle in Bradford. I'm going back almost 60 years. As we came off the Moors, I couldn't believe what I saw. Everyone was Asian. Women in black shrouds. Men in traditional Islamic dress. All cinemas & pubs closed as you entered the city. A lot of hostility & no-one speaking English. I could have been in Downtown Islamabad. I'm going back almost 60 years so guessing Bradford is even worse now. I do know most Brits have moved out. Bradford people call it 'white flight'. How on earth have we come to this?.

Where oh where have all the sensible pragmatic people gone? Ask this deluded woman what would she do if there was a nest of hornets in her living room. Would she talk to them and ask them to be nice? Or would she destroy the nest and make sure every last one of them was cast out of her house?

I was born and brought up in the UK, I regard myself as British. However, I have also been entitled to Irish citizenship since birth because both my parents are from the Republic. Had I spent half my life backing the IRA I should have expected my British citizenship to be withdrawn as the UK government would not have made me stateless and i would be entitled to live in Ireland. If Ireland refused to have me, they would be the ones making me stateless.

Love watching and listening to Matt Goodwin on GB News talks common sense, I hope he keeps up his defence of all of the general public who value common sense.

Me family came to England from India, and I was just starting to grow up, there was a man called Enoch Powel, who use to warn about this happening. My dad always said they should listen to him, he is right. I would argue with my dad, saying he is wrong. But he explained to me, what had happened in India, and what Muslims ( Islam ) teaches to do once they are in big numbers. Now I know Powel and my dad were right. If the next march consisted of people carrying banners in praise of the attack on the Manchester Arena ,morally equivalent to the October 7 attack, would she still be championing their right to freedom of expression? This is not an entirely unrealistic scenario.

I like Ella for her work for women's rights but she doesn't get that there will be no democracy or free speech if this issue isn't dealt with immediately. I'm with Matt on all counts. Enforce the law and deport as much as possible. We need to toughen up as a country, starting with immigration.

I am female and I totally agree with you. Throughout history there have been great women who have quietly achieved great things without drawing attention to themselves. Of course not. People throw this argument around all the time. Oh, its change, deal with it. But what if it’s bad change ? Some folk say Brexit is bad change. This assumption that all change is good is unhealthy.

Yet another woman letting our country down. Ella needs to digest what Matt is saying and rethink her argument. I am sickened by women like her letting the side down, I thought she had more sense than that.
