I have a battery that shows voltage on export but not inport . help .

I have engwe engine x with the 48v 13ah battery. no problems yet. it charges fine and I have a power meter wired in that shows 54.2v when fully charged. they are basically the same battery as mate. do you see a lot of batteries from engwe that are poor build or troublesome like the mate batteries?

I notice many of those cases have fractured plastic caps on the ends, from bouncing around in the bike frame.

Mine shows fracture too.

have you tried putting back those bms wires back in test again i bet it had short from charger and bms just lock it self all you need to do take out bms wires discharge the bms by pressing indicator and put wires back and test it

Hallo , you are great , go on like that. I have a question about smart batteries in specific the parkside battery. Is that new Bluetooth batteries for parkside tools be better to charge with small charger 2.4 Ah or better to charge with smart charger. Because I think the best charger for battery is the small charger . Am I right? Thank you so much for your time.
