I had the privilege of meeting him personally in one of the smaller cities in India. He asked me where did I work. After telling him, I was amazed how much knowledge he had about the company I worked in (it is not a well known company). Such is the power of people like him. They make their impression instantly and there is a reason why he has reached such levels of success

We underestimate the fact that banks are corporate entities also governed by greed. Since 2020, the banks have been over-leveraging their assets, which was one of the reasons for SVB's implosion. I have never been okay with keeping much money in the bank. I simply invest through my financial advisor, collect my profits, which I then spend.

This is one of the best I have heard. Fantastic interview - simple , strong, informative and inspiring.
One of the most poised and articulate leaders I have ever heard.
Great talk. Outstanding person. Love how clear, humble and authentic Mr. Banga is.
I found this glorious masterpiece myself✨🔥
From South Africa and what Ajay said about the innovation they’ve introduced to social payments has been groundbreaking . More fascinating is how much more innovation in business and fintech Africa is fostering .
Mr. Banga made me so happy I shifted from a prelaw course to a fine arts bachelors that has a major in advertising.... Thank you sooo much for sharing this Thank you
He’s very honest person. People work under him like his approach a lot. That’s good sign

And the best part if you really listen to him, you'd observe that how his slightly pause before answering means he's REALLY thinking...which means these answers are not made up or some bullshit that most of business people throw randomly, but some articulated experiences that he was trying to accumulate in return as an answer.

Wonderful advice given in this talk by Mr. Banga. Yet another Indian leader to admire. You are an inspirational leader Mr. Banga. Thank you.

He has many complains with India, let me put it out here, Indians processed Rs 125.94 trillion in 2022 using UPI. In 2014, when he delivered this talk, India was ranked 142nd in Ease of Doing Business Index and it jumped to the 63rd position among 190 countries in May 2019.
