    @@ricardoalvarez1817 if you knew where he's coming from (yes his family was already wealthy ok...) you would know that at the end of his college years he went on to work with an old family's friend (knowing he would learn directly with beasts) for a much less salary than what was offered by big companies at the time... it is about money i know but what he's telling you is if you ever have to choose between experience and money, choose experience first

    Well that would be impossible to do considering I'm in my late 50s and I'm more interested in investments that could set me up for retirement in my 60s, my goal is at least $2million.

    @@MarcelPhilips KRISTIN GAIL CUNNINGHAM. On the internet, that’s the financial advisor I use. She’s verified; you could also read more about her and then communicate with her. it’s always good to do your research before putting your money into any investment.

You start as a bank teller that does not even earn enough to make ends meet and work other jobs as well and you think you will be able to rise up to become CEO of the bank? Are you stupid? People who cannot make ends meet have the scarcity mindset, all they think is about survival and not about growing. The person will hve 0 flexibility to take classes or anything else let alone have more energy in the job. PAY PEOPLE LIVABLE WAGES AND BENEFITS! If those people had that and free time, they would have enough energy to work hard and strive for even more!

    Don't worry about salary.. Thats something one only can say because he never had to worry about money. It helps when your parents have lots of money and you can go on private school & university and your father has good connections in business. Those are the usual truisms.

    I think his dad's friend was Sandy Weill, and Jamie was smart enough to take less money working at the top with Sandy than starting at the bottom at another group. I don't really want to hear advice from this guy.

    This isn't so that they just go on exploiting employees. There are few days (but few days😅), when employees have a relaxed day with very little work to do, and as it's said that oh.. you'll be working 16 hours a day... this happens only around - when either they are working on launching an IPO for their client or there's an acquisition taking place & most of such (intensive) deals are done within 5 days & then one can chill. The only problem is that the moment you think ahhh boys come let's relax ANOTHER DEAL COMES IN😂😂😂 & you gotta work again.

    Work hard... Yes, can I have a secure work environment, with good mentor, resources, healthy and genuine connections, at least a worry free environment. Here, there's none of these mentioned by Mr Dimon. The local environment is driving me crazy now for all data breaches. I dont want to interfere any of these hacking networks, I leave this place , u guys continue for all those hacking, stealing and copying stuffs will do.

    Don’t worry about salary… haha bro I’m a junior developer at a Fortune 500 and if I so much as sneeze in the wrong direction I’m broke for the next two weeks. Inflation has eroded the purchasing power of my annual salary rate by over 250% since the 90s. My generation has spent our entire lives watching American Empire die.
