Great idea for a miter station I was about to build a bench for my De Walt miter, but your video has changed my mind and I will make a similar one, and I say a similar one because I am a very short person and I want to see if I have to lower the height of the main cabinet and of course to make the drawers a little less deep, but I will manage in order to fit the station to my body, thanks for presenting such a beauty of design and keep the good work for those less gifted in the area of creativity. Thank you for this. I didn't follow the precise plan since I didn't care how pretty the shelves were, but it served as a foundation for my own build. Those hinges for the wings are fantastic!

Great design will definitely make one! The idea of pasting a photocopy of a ruler was great too only i think id laminate it first to preveny tearing. Didnt see the link for the plans initially and i was taking screenshots of the video with the measurements. Thanks for the plan sir 👍

That's a great idea!

Nice design. I have one suggestion/warning to anyone following this video. T-nuts are intended to be inserted into a through hole on the OPPOSITE surface of what is being bolted down. As installed, the t-nuts for the casters will pull out. This is very likely to happen due to the offset nature of swiveling casters and the resulting twisting force. The t-nuts under the miter saw should not see this but why not place them properly under the board. As installed you could likely lift the miter saw out bolts and all with little effort. Simple lag screws will work fine for the castors; if you want to use bolts, pre-drill the pieces prior to gluing and embed the t-nuts between the layers or use a threaded insert.

You right, dont worry about that, i give extra screw on t nuts but i off record that not show on this video for miter saw, but for caster whells i wrong add t nuts, now i give extra screw too. Thank you for your suggestion👍👍

Buen diseño, practico y funcional. Solo un comentario las tuercas de "araña" que has usado para fijar la ingletadora a la base de madera se colocan al revés de como las has colocado, ya que así hacen muchas más resistencia en caso de necesidad y de esta manera podrían salirse. Saludos

kayaknya pakai T - Nutnya terbalik mas, kalau kita pasang searah sama (runcingnya keluar) waktu kita ngencengin baut, t-nutnya akan lepas, dan akhirnya bautnya tidak nempel ke bidang yang kita pasang, kayak yg di roda, pas dikencengin semua, rodanya pasti lepas, dia harus berlawanan, arah yang runcingnya ke dalam, baru dia ngunci dan dia ngga akan lepas, tapi ya itu, lobangnya harus tembus supaya dia bisa di pasang arah kedalam yg runcingnya. soalnya saya baru kejadian masang kayak gitu :D

Klo itu emg sengaja dipasang terbalik, klo yg atas tiap t nutya dikunci am sekrup lgi klo aq mskin di videoya kelamaan coz pasti udh paham, klo yg roda bawah gk mkn lepas coz kena beban dri berat kabinetya aplgi pkeya 4 biji bkn 1

Très beau travail bien détaillé. Juste une petite remarque! Les inserts å frapper devraient être placés å l'arrière des planches. Positionnés comme cela, ils ont aucune résistance à l'arrachement.
