Massive Cryochamber Build With A Weird Gas Alien |

Ойын-сауық

In this video I create a cryochamber in Blender and then 3D print it to build a massive 310mm / 12.2" in height vignette.

I'm having so much fun designing my own creations to build. Blender has opened up so many extra doors. Do you still think it's scale modeling even though some or all of it is resin printed?

Love it. I know you didn't like the distortion in the water but I think it added some realism to it. I personally would have kept the water and bubbles. But it looks amazing. Makes me want to start doing dioramas.

I will use the idea again but in a square tube which means I will probably have to design a new cryochamber. Thanks for watching

The other option for using resin in the container with the Alien is to make it square instead of a tube. That way you control the refraction and magnification inherent with resin pours. But you get to enjoy the option of coloring it and having bubbles in it as well. But your choice in the end is really good. So, the final piece is great.

I knew I would get refraction I just didn't expect it to be so bad. I did think of a square but that shape didn't 'scream' cryochamber. Thanks for watching

You could also pinch Harold on the X and Y axes, to counter the magnification

How many people bought this design? Can you share this information with me? I am also thinking of opening a KZread channel soon and planning to sell my own designs. I was curious about the statistics.
