That is only woth Juggernaut seeing as he only has one super. With Psylocke Magneto and wolverine it is either or depending which super they use. Psy thrust bersekker barrage X and magnetic shock wave will yield and X. while the other super or in Psylocke's case supers will get an infinity.

these games are so iconic.... loved the fluidity of the game and character designs

This games graphics animation style has aged beautifully. Looks way better than the 3d cartoony animation style, that Capcom has been using on it's more recent fighters.

And here was I, stupidly waiting for Storm and Cyclops. Forgot they were not in this particular game.

This was the second step to getting our first marvel vs capcom game

@@hairyball69 he was supposed to be green in this game too as the primary color, as seen by the cover art. However, there was a color palette error and they left it as pink for his primary color.

BlackHeart Rises!!! It’s his Captain America’s and Wolverines that are my faves.

I had no idea Anita was in the game.

The music for this game was what had me.

Man do I miss this game. Stupid of me to accidentally delete it from my PS3, and no hopes of getting it back!

Always liked the "Infintity" before the special was performed.

This is why I prefer the early Marcel vs Titles. More comic and animated. The later installments stink especially Marcel Vs Capcom 3 and 4

Anita is a Guest Characters from Darkstalkers is a Playable Character in Marvel Super Heroes and MVC Origins is True!

My mains were Magneto and Spider-Man but I always thought at least on the Saturn version I own you could unlock Doom and Thanos.

I got this for the marvel super heroes arcade 1up. It’s a sweet game and to have the odd ball punisher arcade game that nobody ever played is a good addition.

I like the alternative colors of the Infinity stones

Loved the game back in the day

Just for reference, Anita is only in the Japanese SEGA Saturn version of Marvel Superheroes.

Ive played this game many times, and never knew the characters have special messages for their counterparts 😮

What’ll u make next? I’m hoping for all Hyper Combos in Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes.

Nothing beats Magneto's Magnetic Shockwave when it knocks out the opponent on the first hit. Because after the move name appears on screen, the other 10 or so remaining columns of power will keep juggling the unconscious fighter on and off the ground. Really cool!

I have the arcade version on a little game stick emulator thingy. Cannot seem to activate the infinity stones or do the special moves. Everywhere I read just says QCB + 2 punches I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong 😢 All the other moves work according to the online controls except for special infinity moves and activating the infinity stones what am I doing wrong?!

I never saw that detail when Anita KO her oppenent with Love for You. The opponent's life bar explodes per bar at the end.

Anita combo is great and the Thanos win afterwards is so funny 😂😂

The game is fun to play. I was lucky enough to find a PS2 and bought the game ok Amazon.

When he uses the right gem he gets shadowed enhanced versions of his specials but this was his debut and Final Justice was all he got. He's also the only one in the game that gets battle damage to his costume if he loses to supers but it's not shown in this footage.

with those supers, i understand why Anita wasnt brought back for MVC2’s “everyone is here” roster lol

So wait they put Blackheart in the game but not Ghost Rider that's messed up

i always wondered why psylocke,juggernaut,magneto and wolvie gets the "X" sound effect and after many yrs i know why due to been xmen and they started the fights there before marvel super heroes.

Some Gems actually have different effects on some characters: Power Gem made your attacks deal a lot of Damage, but in cap it alter some of his moves and on Spiderman created a mirror clone Time Gem affected your speed i can't recall wich character get an extra effect from this Space Gem puts some armor effect in your character, but in magneto activates his forcefield Reality gem affects your basic buttons throwing some funky effects like missiles, but also makes Blackheart invisible Soul gem regenerates health over time, but the amount of regenerated health varied from character to character Mind Gem replenish your infinity gauge over time That's the most i remember from this game, i truly love this one.

@@Bardeus Juggernaut got super armor from the Space Gem, too. Iron Man got electrical damage added onto his attacks with the Soul Gem. Shuma Gorath and Hulk got extras from the Time Gem.

I don't know if Juggernaut was overpowered in this version or if I was just that good, but I went on a 25-0 run against 12 different players with him once. Eventually only lost because I got bored and wanted to do something else.

It's not you, Juggernaut's pretty strong in this game, hits like a truck and surprisingly has some extremely quick moves that a lot of people just can't react to. If you have any lag on top of that then he just becomes a nightmare, he's got some pretty good screen coverage too so he's scary to go up against. You'd probably expect to be scared of Hulk as well by that logic but Hulk's not very strong in these games, he's just too slow.

The last game of this kind was marvel vs capcom 2. So many characters.

Didnt Cap has that Hyper Stars and Stripes? I saw someone in the arcade used a certain infinity gem as a requirement to do that

Cap's specialty gem in MSH is power. Stars & Stripes does extra hits when activated. It becomes a super in MSH vs SF.
